  • If you're involved in a legal dispute in Probate and Family Court, you must file a memorandum with the court before your pretrial conference. The document is essentially a summary of your case. You need to tell the court what facts and laws are being contested as well as what evidence and witnesses will be presented at trial.

    How can you get a countenance if the judge let your lawyer withdraw 35 days before trial. Leaving you with no access to key evidence or basic case information as there's pre existing orders and also case is impounded
    Judge said he won't countine trial when he let my lawyers withdraw but there's no way possible for me to even be prepared, witnesses exctra
