I also discuss the ongoing depreciation among electric vehicles, and focus on the EQS depreciation and why this is occurring. I wrap it up with my recommendation on whether I will upgrade when the 2025 models come out and whether you should wait for the 2025 models or go ahead and buy an EQS now.

2023 owner here too and the 2025 model doesn’t have enough improvements for a trade-in. For me to upgrade, there must be something significant like the J3400 connector, a decent size frunk, walk-away lock eliminating start-stop bottom, and/or 11kW AC charging. I wish there were some lights behind the front grill stars.
