    Coccydynia is medical term for tail bone pain . Coccys means tail bone and dynia means pain. It is common in people who sits for long hours on the hard surface. It is common in students preparing for exams. It is common in office personals, software professionals as well. It is very common in females. It is also common if you drive for long hours. So How to check if you have tail bone pain. It is very simple. You have to get a coccyx x ray done. it can show you if there is change in shape of coccyx bone.
    Causes of tail bone pain. It can be because of either injury due to fall or it can also be due to sitting in wrong position.
    For treatment two most important things are sit bath and ring cushion. Sitz bath means you have to sit in hot warm water for 20 minutes. Sitting modification is very Important.
    Ring Cushion is a donut size ring with hollow in center to so there is no pressure in tail bone and you can feel pain free. You can also use a good pillow. A good sitting posture is equally important.
    In rare condition you can have injection in coccyx .Very rarely we need to do a manipulation. In rarerest of rare cases we can do a surgery called coccydectomy.Join this channel to get access to perks:

    Very useful video for many who have tailbone problem.
    I also experienced severe tailbone problem 8 yrs back ..i got relief by sitz bath n sitting on a scooty tube( as told by Nikita here )for atleast 3 weeks ,side by side i hd to take medicine also .

    Very well information mam iam suffering from Tailbone Pain when I fallen from Bike at 3 to 4 feet height at road and 3 weeks gone till there a little pain at center posture I think this excercise will help to relief in pain thanks once for uploading this video
