    Hello, I have gone trough same pain for 4 years and have recommended a lot pf doctors and it was all useless. At last my aunty recommended me one old lady who manually pulls the tailbone from her finger in the right position. She's expert in this and she's doing this for like 40 years or more. I recommend all of the people who are going trough such pain to consult her. I'm from India.

    Swimming is the best way to cure tail bone related pain. Trust me, I was also suffering from tail bone pain for one month. Meanwhile, after a swimming competition of five rounds, my tail bone pain suddenly disappeared. Everyone knows that swimming is the best exercise for body stretching.     I have started the excercise after see the video and got relaxation upto 60% in Three days excercise only by first type of excercise.
    Second type of excercise could not understand that how can do properly
    Plz advise me that only first excercise is sufficient for cure of tail bone problem and how many times do the excercise in a day and how many continue days.

    Sir... I followen from stairs last week and so much pain, I just hot cloth to get some relaxation and now feeling not that much pain but still I am not able to sit like you mentioned in video... I started this 2 excercises from now today 10th July 2021. I will share my feedback once it will get fully recovered or pain gone and I can sit like before. Thanks sir

And maine video me jo excercise diya and wo follow kiya and Google pe search kro tailbone pain thik krne ke excercise. Usse kro regularly and tension na lo thik ho jayega. Mujhe se shuruwat mai aisa hi feel ho rha tha ki aab meri life ka kya hoga but mai positive hua and exercise ki daily. Ab mujhe excercise krne ki jrur nhi pdti. Mai ab gym se jata hu and apne sare kaam normally kr pata hai... Mai ab comfortable ho ke baith bhi pata hu jaise chahu. Please tailbone ke exercise kro and apne dusre maine chijo pe focus kro and be positive. Mujhe wishwas hai ki Tumhara bhi tailbone bilkul hi thik ho jayega jldi se. Keep smiling 😊 and be positive.

      @@Astha-2 mera tailbone pain thik ho gya and aaj ke date me normally pahle ki trh life bita rha hu. Now it's gone and tailbone ki excercise bhi krne ki jrurt nhi mehsus Hoti hai. Ab mai gym bhi jata hu and sari exercise kr pata hai aaram se. Hope tumhara bhi tailbone thik ho gya hoga ❤️

    Thank u sooo much for delivring knowldge and educating us..m sufring in this problm my neuro physicion was saying its L4 and L5 Disc problem and sujested MRI .and also referd to rehab. Physio dr detect cocsydinyia .. on the way back to home i watched your video its help me amaizing. I found when i lay down on bed i put a smal scarf roll under my pelvic region and my pain bacome half. Sir thank u sooo much i can sleep after 10 days .

    With due respect Sir, I'm here with my problem from Bangladesh. I get your vedio just right now and its really helpful.
    Sir, 8 days ago I slipped on the floor and badly got hurt in my tail bone. I consulted with an arthopeadic doctor and he prescribed me some medication and advised to take bed rest. I'm doing just like the doctor said. I also did the X-ray and according to the doctor there is nothing serious except swelling. Right now I'm free from all kinds of pain but the main problem is my tail bone internally hurting very badly😢. I can't even lie down properly, I can sit on chairs theat seems comfortable but I'm unable to get any position to sleep and there is always feeling the pain badly. Sir please help me, what should I do?? Please It's a cordial request, don't skip my comment 😢😢😢 I'm suffering a lot

    I'm laying on my bed in so much pain right now literally crying, I can't even walk anymore I don't know what to do i'm just 12, maybe it's cause of my heavy weight (60kg 161cm) I don't know...it's all inflamed and i can't even spread my cheeks, sit down or do anything, I'm on a diet right now hoping it goes away.     Sir, mujhe L5 disc slip problem hai and tail bone problem bhi hai. Aapki video me jo 2nd excercise hai, wo karne se slip disc ki problem par koi adverse affect to nahi aayega ?

    Hi dr . My age is 42 I never got Lower pack pain but before two days while shifting gas cylinder I got severe back pain & Dr suggested me to wear a lumbar belt but I am not comfortable with belt & pain is also still there .     Before 15 days, I had lifted 20 kgs sack and moved about half kms. After that feeling pain in lower back/buttocks and feeling difficulty in sitting. What to do now. I was suffering from sciatica pain for the last three years in my left leg.
    Continuous standing for more than an hour also causes pain.
