12:27 true. That has been my case. When you are dealing with spondylolysis you get stress fractures in pars interarticularis which serves like a connecting end between your two vertebrae. Hyper extending your back in that condition gives you more pain. Simply laying on your stomach itself will also give you pain if you have that condition as it puts your lumbar-sacral region in extension.

Just wondering if you have any videos on mild/severe back pain arising due to the long walks or the prolonged sitting postures? Internet suggestions indicate at the lower back muscles' stress. However, the actual causes and the elaborative visualisations that might help one understand the way you been doing since a long time, are inadequate and inconclusive to find on the internet so far. I am sure you must have listed all such factors that contribute to such a case of back pain (kind of centralised one) while including the history of back disc, over weight, stiffness in the muscles due to sedentary life styles, cold weather, etc. Please do mind sharing the link if at all, such a video exists from your side. Dr i have tennis elbow pain in last 2 month i consulted physio treatment an this time is ver low pain so can i do workout in gym dr
I have been suffering from sciatica due to L5-S1 compression since March 2023. Initially I took painkiller tabs etc as per doctor's advice. It did not give me relief from pain in my upper right thigh to foot. I have been taking complete rest ever since. Now after three months rest my pain has subsided 99%. I hope I will be free of any lingering little pain in another two weeks thanks to continuous rest. I avoid lifting heavy weights and bending as per medical advice.
Taking rest appears to be the key to a complete cure.

My life has become hell...I dont know what to do now.... physiotherapists just make the pain worse....I dont know what has God planned for me...how can someone suffer from 3 disc bulges....
