Great. Blessings to u. Since 91 m suffering from slip disc problem. Today in d mg while lifting an empty bucket I suddenly pushed my disc out. N I was in to a severe pain. I have watched so so so many videos, from AthleanX, Jeff Nippard and all the fitness knowledgeables. They convey good information, but in this video, I COULD GAIN ALL THE INFORMATION OF 3 4 HOURS IN JUST ONE VIDEO IN PERFECT SEQUENCE AND WITH PERFECT BACKGROUND INFORMATION. I am experiencing disc slip after squatt, earleir I had sciatica, a lot of exercises are similar for this. And I bet these are gonna help me.

Excellent video. With so many videos available on CZcams about low back pain, none of them explains this difference between when to do extension, flexion and strengthening exercises. Only this one does.

Thank you Sir. I appreciate the research work you have done on the exercises of disc prolapse and the way you are advising patients the exercises according to their problems. I am from Kolkata.Recently I am suffering from disc prolapse. I had gone to a spine specialist. I was advised for Xray and MRI. Dr. had prescribed me some medicine & exercises. The pain was so severe that he advised me to get IFT.
Although when I approached to the physiotherapist he gave me tens and few very primary exercises. Any way I had to move to another physiotherapist who prescribed me 1st 5 days tens with ultra sound 14 days then 14days IFT. He also gave me one video of exercises and asked me to do the same. But he didn't

My spine surgeon, who is Mbbs, ms ortho, fnb spine surgery, AO fellow, fellowship in spine surgery from South korea, Japan, usa told me to do 50 times extension exercise and 25 times flexion exercise for chronic disc bulge ( according to symptoms u mentioned) , and i am fine now, i followed yours and other crappy physiotherapist advise and my pain increased, thank god i consulted a spine surgeon. I dont know why physiotherapist call themselves as doctor, people who couldn't clear neet become physiotherapist, do you know amount of hard work and time it takes to become a doctor.

@@vidyutelectrodanceindia9428 hey he prescribed me nerve pain medicines like pregablin + nortryptilline, and methylcobalmin and painkiller as required, apart from medicine and exercise most important is how u sit how u lift anything, bcz even if you dont do any exercises it will heal if you maintain these things, most important is not sitting for more than 30 mins, and while sitting using a proper lumbar support, first start with extension, and then slowly add flexion exercises.its not like if its chronic you will only do flexion

You covered acute condition for both disc slippage only and disc slippage with stenosis. Hoever, usually forgot to cover chronic disc slip with stenosis. I will appreciate if you can cover or clarify it. Thanks

Hi, I was suffering through herniated disc for long. I would recommend one exercise that changed my life.
Step 1: Lie on your back on a mat , then slowly pull up your knees and bring them up to your chest . Hold this position for 30 secs.
Step 2: Perform a Cobra pose and hold it for 30 secs.
Perform this 5 times and you ll definitely see the difference.

I was suffering from lower buttock pain ,i was struggling while walk,and just open youtube and this video was suggested to me and now with these exercises i felt relieve ..thank you doctor,you are god to me,2 years back i had disc bulge and by seeing your video i was able to walk ..and i was bedridden for 14 days,on those days i used to watch your videos.
