To answer question in the title if somebody is not satisfied with the video, it is important to remember how many times you were afraid and made it out alive, how many people before you too, have made it. Also remember God loves you and cares for you. I find it fascinating, because it's unexplainable for me rationally, but also see it as a great source of my strengh of faith, that giving your problems to God really helps and comforts me and gets rid of my problems. Sometimes it can also help talking to people you trust. I get some people who find it hard to open up to others, even the closest family, but sometimes you just need advice what to do or someone to comfort you about uncertain future. Also remember fear can make you overthink and exaggerate problems you face. Give it your all, no matter what it is, trust your guts (it works for me very often) and always think things through. If it's about addiction, I recommend finding something that distracts you from the craving - something that requires your active input like a game or an activity (so nothing chemically addictive) - so that your mind and body will be busy and occupied with a different goal which will help forget and wash away the want for the particular thing. Then, it will be up to you if you give in again yourself so be prepared to take control of your mind and will to refuse absolutely and not surrender to the moment.
You also probably shouldn't stop cold turkey so try to lower the amount of whatever you have the problem with gradually and remember that it might take many tries and failures and a long amount of time but most importantly that it will be worth it when you finally achieve it.

I would say there are definitely some things we shouldn't be watching as Christians. Sin is not just about physically doing things but is in the heart, we should love the things the lord loves. I'm not judging any particular piece of art, let each man be convinced in his own mind. Always pray on these matters and listen out for the guidance of the holy spirit.
