You'll only hear it if you believe that your works and turning from sin is getting you to heaven. Jesus is the only way we get to heaven. Nothing else. There's not a thing in this world we can do that will get us into heaven except believe in him and what he did.

Hey brother , it’s so good that you are convicted of your sins and are repenting to the Lord. However, you must be careful to not think your salvation is based on works- James 2:14-26, Ephesians 2:8, and many more. Your salvation Isa gift from God completed through Christ that we cannot do anything to deserve, even repenting. We are commanded to repent of our sins, so keep repenting and never stop, but don’t place your hope in your own deeds. Place them in the grace that God has given to you, and that faith will produce a desire in you to do good works. Love you and praying for you 🙏
Me too. Read the bible too, with a clear and open mind. Study it and once it makes sense, the holy spirit opens up in our hearts and it all makes sense. Things I struggle with are lust and forgiveness. For example it’s hard to forgive the lgbtq+ people with how they attack Christian’s. But the lord Jesus commands that we pray for them, forgive them and love them. Being a h Christian is Uber hard but the reward is worth it

Also, do not expect that Christ will make everything easy for ya, you will still struggle so that you will depend on Him more and more and your relationship will deepen overtime. If the issue is porn, (which I know it's awkward for a stranger to pry at something so personal but I struggled too) fasting and prayer is how I broke free from it thanks to God. But God isn't going to take every temptation from you, daily prayer and bible reading is always suggested for growing in your conviction and discipline as well. Always get back up when you fall, lest you keep Jesus waiting.

dude that's the #1 worst thing to say to. Jesus loves you and wants you to come back to Him. He has his arms wide open waiting for you to run back to Him. Even if you have closed Him out He still stands at your heart knocking and waiting for you to let him in.
Jesus loves you and *nothing* can separate you from His love (Romans 8:38-39). The devil wants you to think Jesus doesn’t love you, but He does love you. He loved you to die for you on the cross. Read Romans 5:8 and 1 Corinthians 5:21.

If you have true faith in him and are striving to follow him daily by repenting and entering into a covenant with him through baptism, and enduring till the end you will enter into the kingdom of God.
Don’t forget the context of the verse. Jesus was speaking that to the Pharisees that believed that their works were solely enough to get them into Heaven with our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus. It’s not about what you do, it’s about what He’s done on the cross for our sins, so that by you believing in Him, you receive God’s grace, salvation, and forgiveness for your sins. Hey brother , it’s so good that you are convicted of your sins and are repenting to the Lord. However, you must be careful to not think your salvation is based on works- James 2:14-26, Ephesians 2:8, and many more. Your salvation Isa gift from God completed through Christ that we cannot do anything to deserve, even repenting. We are commanded to repent of our sins, so keep repenting and never stop, but don’t place your hope in your own deeds. Place them in the grace that God has given to you, and that faith will produce a desire in you to do good works. Love you and praying for you 🙏
Me too. Read the bible too, with a clear and open mind. Study it and once it makes sense, the holy spirit opens up in our hearts and it all makes sense. Things I struggle with are lust and forgiveness. For example it’s hard to forgive the lgbtq+ people with how they attack Christian’s. But the lord Jesus commands that we pray for them, forgive them and love them. Being a h Christian is Uber hard but the reward is worth it

If the issue is porn, (which I know it's awkward for a stranger to pry at something so personal but I struggled too) fasting and prayer is how I broke free from it thanks to God. But God isn't going to take every temptation from you, daily prayer and bible reading is always suggested for growing in your conviction and discipline as well.
Always get back up when you fall, lest you keep Jesus waiting.

Sometimes I ask myself if its worth being a good man lately, I am troubled at times but videos like these remind me of the true path
All saints were once sinners and all sinners were once saints. Take comfort in knowing the Lord gave himself for our mistakes we can only try in this world with the pursuit of God's intentions for us. We will all sin at some point and st some stage. The seeds of evil are always planted within us we just have to acknowledge our seeds and not water them, we all have a sin that marks us be it Greed lust or any other sin. We have to acknowledge our mark and steer from it. The devil knows what seeds to plant into you that could grow if you feed it. This idea has been around in many forms. Such as the black and white wolf inside us. We choose to feed either side and the one we choose is the one who grows

If you have true faith in him and are striving to follow him daily by repenting and entering into a covenant with him through baptism, and enduring till the end you will enter into the kingdom of God.
Don’t forget the context of the verse. Jesus was speaking that to the Pharisees that believed that their works were solely enough to get them into Heaven with our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus. It’s not about what you do, it’s about what He’s done on the cross for our sins, so that by you believing in Him, you receive God’s grace, salvation, and forgiveness for your sins. The work is finished. Now go, love your neighbor and sin no more.
