If you feel alone after coming to Jesus, you have to understand that He is permitting you to feel this way. These feelings are a golden opportunity to learn to rely on God even though it feels like His presence has left you. It is easy to remain faithful when you have much. The real value in your love is manifested when you remain faithful when you have little. This is a short time in which you are permitted to suffer in this way to demonstrate the love and power of the LORD. He is still there, and He immensely values your display of perseverance and character. These trials are designed to make you into the person He needs you to be. He has great plans for you. He does not cast worthless rocks into His furnace. He casts clay that can be made to the finest porcelain after it passes through the flames of persecution. You are never alone. The most powerful being in the universe is closely watching you and greatly desires to see you succeed.
Thank you. I'm a new Christian and going through an extremely stressful situation in my life and I'm in prayer and the Word daily and I feel like I'm still alone. What you say makes sense. Our feelings can be manipulated and can lie to us. The only thing that is constant and unchanging is the word of God. It’s the only thing in your life that will ever truly be reliable and as long as you can have rest and obedience to the Lord, you can rest easy with His promise that He will never leave or forsake you.
You don't know how much I needed to read this. Been going through a lot with God and he's been teaching me a lot, then suddenly I just started feeling a depression in my prayer life right as I started to try harder. I sometimes feel like an orphan that doesn't belong to either spiritual kingdom. I hate my sin yet I can feel his spirit depart from me. I needed to know this was for a reason.
The feeling comes and goes. I know his here but, still I believe just have no feeling. Some times I feel like a bad believer for feeling sad, alone,isolated, angry etc but still his really all I have. So I’ll keep walking but the walk hurts…a lot.
Rejoice, for the father loves you and wishes you not to fall into despair. Pray for his favor and forgiveness, for he can only forgive what you see as a flaw that you are willing to fix.

Just take it step by step. Cleaning helps me feel less angry and anxious, it's about being purposeful
