I used to have bad anxiety about becoming homeless. Now I’m not afraid of that fate at all. In fact I’ve quite embraced the possibility. Things straightened out and it’s not really probable that it’ll happen, but if it ever does I plan to live as saint Gracie did, never touching money, always being barefoot and preaching and singing non stop.
Have faith my Brother in Christ. Through every tribulation you encounter, have a faith that is strong and one that does not falter. When your heart falls prey to anxieties, weeping, fears, passions from the world, or wickedness. Say this phrase in mind or with your tongue, "Why should I humor the devil with his parlor tricks? I follow and put my faith in Jesus Christ of Nazareth! He takes away my pains with a mere snap of the finger, and for this, I am truly grateful in my Lord My God." If this is a tribulation from God, walk through it as he holds your hand to guide you through it. Keep a strong faith with a true smile upon your face. For the tribulations God gives you are to help you grow. Be thankful therefore, for he see's and hear's you. Keep your chin up my Brother, for we are united through God's eternal love. Remember, the suffering we go through every day is our salvation, and all the pain and hurt we feel will be overshadowed immensely by even just 1% of the good in heaven that God promises us when we come to him to have eternal life with him. Amen and may peace be with you.
