Covid-19 and Burnt Roast Soup

As the title states, we are recovering from Covid-19. I hadn't felt up to cooking until yesterday, but I ended up having a little mishap, as you'll see on the video. My spring recital for my piano students was a great success and I was so proud of each one of them. Some have only had a few weeks, others several years, but they were all wonderful.
