    I loved this workout so much! The fact that there was so little break may be an issue to some people but for me it feels like I'm really working hard. I've been doing this for 3 weeks and I see the results, love it!

    Great workout. I am feeling it a little the day after. My wrists woupd hurt part way through but i would just get on my elbows and keep going. You could also do some of these moves standing and holding the chair if your arms tire early.

    Being anaemic, I find low impact workouts so useful to stay toned without getting a headrush every minute! Just the type of workout I wanted! :)

    I try to do this workout twice a week. I find it better than some of the weight training videos (specifically for toning). It doesn’t put stress on my back. And it honestly makes me feel better afterwards. Like a yoga or Pilates workout. It’s low impact, with a punch!! And let’s not forget, the results are real!!! My Body is getting toned, without looking bulky. Love this video!!

    I've been extremely dedicated to exercise for 15 years even while dealing with the agony of endometriosis. The last year it has really taken its toll on my body. I hadn't exercised for about 8 months. My body changed so much. I lost about 15 lbs and felt like mush lol. I just decided last week I have to get back to it. Did this yesterday.. Whew!! I woke up in the middle of the night from being so sore! Lol.. I'm going to keep going and get through it!

    I have a stress fracture in my foot and this was SO exciting for me. I have been doing modified workouts on my own but have missed doing videos!!! Thank you so much for this! I'd love to see more videos for people with injuries or decreased mobility.

    I do a lot of workouts on popsugar and this one here is my favorite! Megan is a great trainer, first I didn‘t like her rhythmic talking but now I just love it, because I know every second what I‘m doing without looking too much on the screen. Great! And btw: the first few tries I couldn‘t stay on one side, my butt burnt as hell but one day it became fine.
    I also love Kaycee‘s sarcastic-funny comments! „Just a little....“ 😂

    The workout is a bit rushed but I do feel sore the next day after doing this workout. It works the glutes well! However, my wrists started to hurt a bit. No problem with shoulders just gotta keep lifting up your chest and activate your core. Will do it again! I think it is effective!

    This was amazing! I had mild covid in september but have been struggling with lasting symptoms including extreme fatigue for months, I've always been physically active but had to give my body time to rest and heal and today I decided to try and start getting into workouts again for the first time and this was amazing for that! Such a burn, really felt all my muscles awakening without getting a headrush or dizzy! Recommend this to anyone starting to get back into working out, take it at your own pace and you'll hopefully feel powerful again!

    Holy moly! My butt was on fire after this!! I will definitely be doing this one again! My knees hurt about halfway through, so I just folded my mat onto itself and that helped tons! Get ready to feel that buuuuurn!!

    I loved the pep and instruction from Megan in this one. I definitely felt it in my glutes, but not much in my abs apart from obliques during the crunches from elbow to elbow. My shoulders burned, but I'm thrilled that I could complete all of the modified push-ups. A few weeks ago, I could barely execute one well!

    Second time doing this was better because I geared up for focusing on one side for the first half. The first time I did this video I wasn't prepared for that. I love this workout, now! I do need to stop occasionally to stretch my wrists, but hopefully over time I will build strength there and not have to stop

    Love this workout...challenges and burns calories as you sweat.. wishing didn’t hurt my right wrist.. I usually push on my fingers to avoid pressure on wrists...had to modify on the shoulder touch planks... trying to get stronger to finish the routine in entirety.

    It's so intense .. loved it, though I couldn't lift my legs as u did since I have tummy and still building the strength. It was very good 20 min SESSION.

    ok so i'm usually not a fan of most toning workouts because they require flexibility and muscle that i don't have (i'm stick thin and don't gain muscle or weight easily no matter how hard i try) but this one is great! please more low impact burn workouts like this please!

    Hard on my wrists and knees for sure. Good booty workout overall but had to take breaks due to my wrists and knees which took away from the booty workout. I wish she would have had modifications for wirst and knee pain like Anna usually does.

      i just watched this clip, if you dont feel your abbs and butt burning, it means you are not squizing your core and your form is wrong. your shoulders and arms hurt because you are using poor form and puttong a lot of pressure on them. tuck your belly into your spine and squiz your bum as tight as you can, those abs and leggs and butt will be on fire. trust me.

    I usually love all the workouts even when they're challenging for me but this one was really bad :( The demonstrations were super rushed, it was shoulder intensive without breaks (which I would've liked a heads up on since I have shoulder problems), and this woman has got insane flexibility that threw me off balance the whole time trying to coordinate so I just wish she would have explained/adjusted the range of motion better to match the speed of the moves. I love popsugarfit, but if anyone looks at these comments to know what they're getting into I hope this helps.

    I don't get why people complain about this workout, if your wrists hurt you can drop down to your elbows, is it's too fast you can pause the video, and if it's too difficult without changing sides you can pause too. But the most effective way is to do everything on one side and then the other one, little by little you will get there if you keep up. Amazing workout btw. !!!

      That's because you are putting most of the weight on the supporting leg, you really have equal the weight between the two sides. To do so, I highly recommend to assume the starting position on all fours when you lift your leg you "push " your arm of same side to the ground. You'll have to restart on all fours several time until you get it right and do it slowly the first times to get to know your body.

    Have to say, I didn't enjoy this workout as much as I usually do. I think they should switched between legs throughout the workout instead of doing all of it on one leg at a time because it puts A LOT of weight/pressure on the knees (my knees are killing me after this and I use a mat). Also the instructions were TOO fast - literally the moment the workout starts they get into it, not 1 second is devoted to letting you know in what post to begin in/how to begin. At least I'm sweaty, though.

      Uhm, it is usually the way it is done - a series of exercises on one side, an donly then swithcing to other. This is the most effective way.

    Hi. Please read this comment if you have the time.
    I am 13 and currently very self conscious of myself ALL the time. There hasn't been a day in years where i've looked in the mirror and said "I look great!"
    I look at all these people and are so jealous of their bodies. Im not overweight, but im not average, or maybe it's just me and the way I look at myself. Lately i've been eating less and less to see if there would be an effect but my best friend has noticed and doesn't want me to get sick from it, so she watches out for me, which I find incredibly sweet and am very thankful for. However from my body, ive noticed a bit of depression and anxiety. I look at all theses girls on instagram with their perfect bodies and it just makes me sad. I want to lose the weight, but I feel like ive tried so much, and my parents wont let me diet because they are scared ill starve myself. I look at workouts, do them, then feel like I would make an even bigger difference if I try not to eat, but I still know its not healthy. Please someone leave me some advice, for losing the weight or for gaining self confidence, I really need the help right now. Thank you so much for reading and I hope you have the most wonderful day.

      Kathryn Marie you r perfect the way you are!! I started exercising cuz it felt good and I've been exercising for a while now and have seen amazing results however I still eat sweets and junk food and I'm happy with it!! Gaining confidence isn't always about what's on the outside but on the inside... be confident in yourself through your personality. If you'd like to workout plz do it in a healthy way, don't stop eating and excercise for a normal amount of time but most importantly don't give up or don't tear yourself down just because u don't look like someone else no need to be jealous. Use these girls on Instagram or in these workouts as inspiration, hope u feel better 💕❤

You are beautiful no matter what! Seeing results while working out is really great; but what's even better is just being healthy. Your body type does not define your beauty.💕

      It's wonderful that you recognize that you need help, that's major! When I was where you are now, it took me a long time to acknowledge that I even had a problem. Check out ThisGirlAudra for some really positive, real, honest advice on this sort of thing. You should be proud for catching this before it develops into something even more destructive. I am praying for you - you are worth so much more than that voice in your head tells you ;)

      I'll leave the "accept yourself as you are" advice, because from where you are, it won't work for you and you won't be able to do it. If I were you, I would focus on work outs. It will change your body in a couple of months and it's going to be a visible change. Focus on the areas that you want to grow; for this video it's hips for example. And you'll also burn more calories because of the increased muscle mass.
      Try to find an exercise routine you enjoy. Don't ever make it a chore or a task. You're not punishing yourself, you're improving your relationship with your body with these exercises. You can also try yoga sometimes to relax. Along with the exercises yoga would be very helpful.
      About the food... The best thing you can do is focus on eating *healthy*, not less. Just add more healthy food to your regular, everyday diet one day at a time. You don't eat spinach regularly? Eat more of it.
      If you try to lessen the food you're eating, it's very easy for it to go the wrong way. You just need to experiment with healthy food more and than later - and only later - you can eat less of unhealthy food. But don't eat less of food in general. Make sure you are full after each meal. Don't forget to drink a lot of water.
      So all in all; focus on being healthy. This is done out of self love; rather than punishing yourself because you don't like your body. which is what happens when you restrict your food intake.
      Don't forget to have fun and make it enjoyable for yourself. Keep a mindset of experimenting and discovering new things - new foods, new way of eating, new exercises. It really can be fun.
      I also want to write a little bit about envy. It's very natural and expected, I bet nearly every girl is feeling that way but not making it obvious. That feeling of envy can be very frustrating sometimes. So what I did about it was to research how to deal with envy and got some pretty good advice. My favorite ones came from Teal Swan's video on envy and jealousy.
      So that's about it. I wish you good luck on your journey
