From Iraq thank you very much its good idea
Are you sure the wood flanks are with the same thickness? This is a quick and dirty style... it might work, somewhat.
very good idea... thanks
Thank you!
Measure the center of the rear wheels and then go to the front and measure the center of the tires on the front. Toe in according to specs. Get the steering wheel holder from OTC to hold the steering wheel straight. Center the steering wheel counting the turns left to right and stopping in the middle. Then attach the tool or have someone to hold it. JEGS has a toebar.
How do you know which side to adjust?
How do you know which side needs adjustment?
Both tierods have to be adjusted
so when do you put the vehicle on the ground?
NİCEEEE
I just leave the boards on so they are ALWAYS adjustable
This method does nothing for steering wheel being straight afterwards.
Jacking the car up changes the geometry of the wheel. Any measurement like that is useless.
why would you even bother to waste this planet air doing this shit with the wheels off the ground... use strings or go and pay 20£ to get it done.
Because he didn't have the base that allows the wheels to freely swivel during adjustment
