Lol, I LOVE the weird food aisle of TJ Maxx too!!! I do love coffee, and this one sounds excellent! I do not like anything in my coffee so the syrups are out for me but i love your pour over setup!
So after we drink this coffee we can read minds is what the marketing implies I guess. I only recently made real caramel at home for the first time and it's very easy to do... this makes me think making a small container of caramel and keeping it in the frige and adding it to coffee is an option also ... not sure if it's worth it because in the end it adds a lot of sugar into one's diet. Fun to make at least once though (1 cup packed brown sugar/
½ cup unsalted butter/¼ cup milk OR cream/1 teaspoon vanilla extract... I have some dry barley and I've been meaning to try roasting it to make tea out of.. somehow I lost the steam and passion for tea after a 2-3 week tea binge and can't bring myself to watch the grains roast for the allotted time then again perhaps I should just do it.
Your body is wisely telling you to to take a break because too much of a good thing is a bad thing.
Try browned butter instead of caramel. Cook butter in a pan until it turns brown and you have caramelized the butter without adding sugar.

@@tea.andagoodbook Thank you! When I take my mom to a TJ Maxx or Marshalls, I'll always walk through the food aisles. I discovered manuka honey and moringa tea that way. I'll stock up on the moringa tea when I see my brand there. I found a couple boxes of Mighty Leaf green tea at a Marshalls. I thought they were a nice find, but there were rocks in the tea bags, I kid you not.
@@Cletus_the_Elder Don't drink the rocks.
