James has got to be the best public speaker on the grid. So articulate and can break down complex topics into simple terms. "Aligned with the direction of travel"
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🤙🏼🤙🏼
Like come on’
He’s so rico suave 😂❤
He is such a smooth talker, I sometime forget what he is even saying lol
Can't blame you on that haha
We need to talk about how comfortable James is speaking to you both, watching him on the high performance one, he was too serious and didnt feel like he enjoyed himself.
Appreciate that feedback!
But why do I find his voice soo soothing? So insightful too!
He can be a voice of the calm app? 👀
It was awesome seeing them rise again last year. They are off to a very slow start but hopefully they pick it up again.
Definitely believe James can lead them through this slow start.
Insightful, thoughtful, and encouraging :) Hang tough there James and Team! Here's to taking it step by step and for the long term :)
If Albon wins a race, James should do a full tik tok dance for a week with Alex haha
Fantastic podcast/interview! Gonna put a few "first and foremost" in my next conversation 👏
10:11 "HE WAS" part killed me 🤣
We meant no offense 😂
HE IS!!
James has a lot of character, the way he was making jokes with you both was amazing!
He did say it was the best HR interview he had 😂
This is a day in the real life of an F1 team.Trying to survive and hopefully score a point here and there to get more money to keep the team going.
He's starting to loosen up I think. I really enjoy this guy's thought process.
Thanks for coming on the pod James!
What an amazing HR interview haha
I thought being a Ferrari fan the past 15 or so years has been rough, but then I remember williams has been worse a lot longer.
The drought and irrelevancy continues
He was so offended by the green sector in Q1 😂
Honestly!
Williams has a lot of years left before we can see podiums and wins, maybe 2026 reg changes?
Yes James set team expectations without a deadline but instead milestones they want to hit each year.
Hope you can keep Alex Albon from hand of Red Bull because he is future of Williams Racing and have to with you for reaching TOP of this team
You have no points and have broken a lot of cars. This podcast presenter has a good voice for podcasts 😂😂😂
Logan needs to go, he is holding back Williams 😢
As James said, they are going to support his development and give him a car that can perform to their expectations.
Sorry but you are going to lose Albon soon
Well Albon did say he wants to build a long term partnership with Williams.
This comment has not aged well
Come again?😂
