can i just say how much i love that the emphasis is on being healthy and strong, and not to lose weight ?! i am now very sweaty and my arms hurt, i will absolutely do this again !

@@SpongeBob5000_ A lot of people who workout do it to gain muscle, get toned, look strong, not to lose weight. I mean that they don't need to lose weight. Also what they wanted to say is that nowadays not a lot of fitness persons are focusing on strength gain and that's sad, it's often about losing weight

That forearm side plank crunches was the hardest after doing those 2 forearm side plank poses. Thank you for this workout! I haven't done a focused ab strength workout in a long time.

Thank you for this workout. I've been starting to feel sick just due to lack of physical activity, and have been trying to take better care of myself but I dont have access to a gym or equipment. I know right I hate side planks my least favorite part of my abs to work out is my obliques and I’m pretty sure those work the obliques

I usually prefer a screenshot of an exercise because of the ease and time compared to someone trying to walk me through it; however, the way you put these together and narrate the workouts is amazing!! Def subscribing
