    Your amazing, exploring the area by yourself, trying all kinds of food ,you make it look so easy ,I am retired and thinking about buying oceanfront home in Ecuador. Looking at Manta mostly, it must be the biggest oceanfront city. they seem to have the biggest selection, but looking for quite and gated area-if you have any suggestions- I can afford any ,but worried if I dont like it ,I need to sell to another American,cause their probably the only ones that can buy it- since the ave monthly wage is about 500 bucks in Ecuador, enjoy your travels and be safe

    • @ayngelina
      @ayngelina  Před 2 měsíci +1

      Yes if you watch my Ecuador live videos I talk a lot about this. Real estate is not a good investment in Ecuador like it is in other countries. But renting is so cheap especially high end ocean front. I would recommend renting so if you don’t like something you can move. Also many places will have problems and you’re stuck with property that has an issue. But you can rent month to month as one year leases aren’t the standard in Ecuador, only foreigners take them. And then take the money you are saving and just invest it. A lot of expats make the mistake of coming and buying a place only to realize they’d prefer a different city or even country and have to wait for another American.

    El picante de pescado puede ser hecho con yuca o papa, justamente antes de ver el video comí ese plato. Ese plato y muchos otros platos más como el sango de verde, sango de choclo, caldo de torrejas, sopa de habas, sopa de lentejas, sopa de menestrone (estilo ecuatoriano) menestra de verde, sopa de queso o de huevo, sopa de acelgas, caldo de cebada, las cremas de zapallo, tomate, brócoli, zanahoria, de espinaca, chupe de pescado, la chucula, torta de maduro, colonche greñoso ,los diferentes tipos de caldo de sancocho, timbushka, aguado de pollo, menudo, colada de haba, crema de alverja, caldo de pata, sopa de costilla, caldo de 31,sopa de calavera, caldo de lluspas y la infinidad de caldos y sopas siguen, somos muy muy soperos y son platos muy caseros es decir que son platos que por lo general solo lo encuentras en las casas y no en restaurantes tipicos a menos que sea algún almuerzo de 2,50 y salga algún caldo de esos con el segundo. En el Ecuador si se cultivan manzanas, en la región sierra y seis tipos se cultivan, las únicas que traen de exportación son las típicas rojas grandes brillantes y las verdes grandes, pero acá las más típicas son las amarillas y las que son roja y verde pequeñas y rojas amarillas pequeña . Como siempre buen video y gracias por darnos a conocer
