  • Let's SLOW things down & really challenge our total body strength today. This is a strength workout with dumbbells so all you need is a couple free weight dumbbells and a mat to get started. I'll be guiding us through a quick warm up, three different full body circuits, complete with upper body exercises, lower body exercises and of course some ab exercises to top it off! You'll have 1 minute to complete each movement and only 2 rounds to get in that good total body burn! This is such a great full body strength workout for women that you can do at home or at the gym in only 25 minutes. Lessss go!

    Loved it. I’m 52 and keep hearing that I need to do more strength training rather than hiit. I don’t know if that’s true, but I did this workout and loved it. I love dumbbell workouts. Thank you!

      Yes, Strength training should definitely be your focus to help you build and maintain your muscle mass. You can still do HIIT that incorporates more strength training, while also getting that good cardiovascular health but doesn't always need to be the focus.

    You’re the queen trainer because even with just 20ish minutes, you give us burn out and sweat from head to toe 😅
