  • Get your sweat on and your heart rate up in this quick 20 min cardio workout at home. A perfect HIIT cardio workout to do if you only have a short 20 minutes to workout OR if you want to add it to the end of your strength session. In this nonstop cardio workout, we've got 3 different circuits complete with at home cardio exercises using no equipment. We've got 30 seconds each exercise and we're only going to repeat everything 2x so extremely doable yet extremely sweaty. Let's go!

    I´ve seen you suggest these cardio sessions after strength workout, would you say it´s better to start with a strength session and then end with cardio or it doesn´t realy make a difference?

      Great question! I always recommend to start with a strength session and end with cardio. It makes a difference in that you're going to have the most energy at the start of your workout so it's beneficial to use that during your strength session. Cardio doesn't require as much energy output and I believe it really helps build endurance to do it once your energy stores are depleted and your muscles are fatigued. Plus it helps work out all the built up lactic acid that occurs during a strength session. Hope this helps!
