In an exclusive collaboration for BBC Children in Need, a whole host of stars have got together to record an entire album to raise money for this yearâs charity appeal. It will be released on Friday 1 November in conjunction with Silva Screen Records.
Each star has handpicked a song significant to them for the album. Recorded at the legendary Rak and Abbey Road Studios in London, they each received expert guidance from Brit and Mercury award-winning record producers and songwriters, Guy Chambers and Jonathan Quarmby.

@@salmiahakhtar3371 Yeah I can hear the autotune (shame really), but I do think that enough of her voice can be heard through to realize it's absolutely lovely and very distinct from her (albeit also lovely) speaking voice. đ
She can sing in tune, but she's probably a bit pitchy (hard not to be if you're very nervous and not a pro) hence the autotune.
@@Hazeydaze92 Yeah most likely, still there's a right way of using autotune (subtle, just straightening out some minor kinks) and then there's the heavy handed way where people end up sounding like a robot.

Her singing voice is higher than I would have guessed. I bet she could sing it low, high, etc. She is a treasure.
Olivia has such a beautiful voice and she can hold a note... what a talent.
The thing is that she wasn't just decent or ok or passable, she actually has a really great distinctive voice. She could easily have been a professional singer. It's kind of unfair on the rest of us, she got all the talents đ, i would make children cry and animals run away if i sang đđ

@@sadiqmohamed681 Because I have many years of studio work under my belt, in both live and recording venues... And because of that, I can recognise the telltale pitch corrections of the Antares autotune, or one of the similar plugins that are currently available to protools and similar multitrack recording systems. Similar systems can even be used in realtime (which is why some of the TV talent shows have got into trouble). Simple.
@@garyking4032 Whatever. She has 4 movie credits for singing. She appeared in a number of comedy sketch shows in the early part of her career in which she sang. And she was in Les Miserables. Even her speaking voice is musical, and she is actually good at accents, when having a musical ear is a great help. My trained ear, after 35 years as a video editor, detected what sounded like a chorus effect. I've heard this used before, by singers performing live. I know what Autotune sounds like, and that is not what I was hearing. I think people are far to quick to dismiss singers by claiming Autotune. Coleman's acting training included song and dance!
