Thank you for your video. I am a Yoga Teacher and currently teaching Children with special need. And I wanted to see which yoga stretches footballers might use and enjoy. Since one of my students today was saying he doesn't like Yoga while he was happily following and doing it all!! So, I have found out that he loves football and I am going to use that reference instead to divert his interest to change his perception on Yoga , perhaps it is in the "word" Yoga.. Anyway, I will introduce footballer's Yoga on our tomorrow's lesson & session.

Yoga has a lot of associations to it you have to be a certain way in your ‘practice’. I prefer to just stretch because there are no beg or advanced stretchi’s...and for the same reason you mentioned I clicked his link instead of an at home yoga video.

Even the statement about recognizing how one side of your body was tighter or sorer and attributing it to the Right-side use was very insightful (and true!). This is by far the most calming stretching experience I’ve had in awhile (and I am a yoga instructor lol). The talking keeps my screaming muscles occupied
This is the best stretching video for a footballer, I have really tight hips and this has really helped with that and my overall flexibility altogether, thanks!

I weigh 340 pounds, I used to have a problem hitting the pitch to ping some balls with my friends. My back would start hurting so bad after 15 minutes i would stop. When I started doing your stretch/yoga routinely for 3 weeks I noticed my back stop hurting and i was able to last 45 minutes. Now I do the stretch/yoga routinely daily at 4am and try to hit the pitch everyday at 6 and work on fitness/individual training. My Weight-Loss and football journey is going to be a long one. My goal is to get fit and join a competitive sunday league in the next 2 years.
You've inspired me and so many others to get out there and get after it. All your content is amazing and you're letting people know the truth. Tho I need to watch your football nutrition more haha. Keep up the hard work and Thanks for everything you've done for us

pls never delete this i’ve been using it for over a year now for hockey and the gym. i could probably recite this video w my eyes close. the best stretching exercises and video i’ve ever found. covers everything and so great with the timer. i even modify it with stretches i like too. simply awesome

I’m 35 this year, mainly been a Futsal gk for about ten tears. I found the abductors and sitting on your ankles the most painful

In case anybody is wondering the last stretch he does works his glutious medius not your glutious Maximus (Butt)
But it is a little more toward your quad which helps your kicking motion in soccer and the most powerful kickers have a really stretched out glutious medius

I’ve never really had a stretching routine and chronic injuries from inflexibility pushed me out of pro soccer, day 1 of starting a routine with this video and man it was a massive struggle but going to keep at it 2-3 times a week and see where we end up! Thank you for doing this, sir. I've tried going through many beginner yoga videos but this was so much better for me. I've just returned to football after a few years out and this has been helping me after the first pre-season game.
I always get injured in my hip flexors, but now I’ll strengthen it and stretch it and just begin to do a lot of injury prevention. This video has been my go-to video for the last 3-4 months

I saw your feet stretches, which are a big help, but is there something more I can do for my feet? I have a very big problem with tendon pain and cramping in my feet (almost like Plantars fasciitis) very frequently when I play. Any suggestions?
