    Just a suggestion, I think u should add a (beep) sound in front of each stretches so even without looking at the screen you’d know that the stretch is done

      If you think about it you must be doing stretches like this consistently there's a reason players like Ronaldo prioritize proper recovery even if they feel good and that's ultimately why he's still very fit and playing in his 6th euro at 39

      A concrete example: if I'm able to lean forward, put my hands on the ground while keeping my legs straight: I'm FLEXIBLE. ✅
      On the other hand, if I'm able to actively lift my leg so that my foot is above my head (as in a combat sport or dance) then I'm MOBILE.✅✅
