Unfortunately my man was learning how to use his mig wielder on my floor pan replacements..their solid but a bit splatters on bottom...i wasn't making a trailer Queen..ive drove over 200.000 miles in 20 years.Great job you did...

What did you use to cut out the spot welds?

I used the premium Blair 3/8 spotweld cutter with the drill in the center and a no name solid cutter, both worked well.
