INGREDIENTS:
KEBAB:
3kg 20% minced meat (lamb or beef)
Onions
Dried parsley (3 tbsp)
Salt (3 tbsp)
Black pepper (3 tsp)
Red chilli pepper (1 1/2 tbsp)
Butter (2 tbsp)
Saffron
DOOGH (YOGHURT DRINK):
Sparkling water (1L)
Greek yoghurt (500ml)
Salt (2 tsp)
Dried mint (3 tbsp)

not knowing what i was in for. I have never forgotten that meal ... it was perfect.
i was 21 years old and as naive as could be. The grilled tomatoes did it for me!

This is by far the best Kebab Koobideh Instructional videos that I have seen. I see that a lot of time and effort went into perfecting your recipe. I have been trying to make kebab for the last couple of weeks and this is easily my favorite instructional video.
Its not often that cooking videos are as thorough as you were, and I was impressed that your food ended looking more delicious than most videos I have seen on CZcams. I am excited to feed my family the kebab I will soon make using your help
