What is ASMR?
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. It's a non-scientific word that an everyday person came up with to describe the feeling characterized as a pleasurable tingling sensation felt in the head, scalp, back and other regions of the body in response to visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory, and/or cognitive stimuli, such as crinkling bags, hand movements, whispering, personal attention or watching someone perform a task. It's like goosebumps but much more pleasant and without the uncomfortable chills.
ASMR videos are meant to intentionally induce this sensation in the viewer, often referred to as "tingles", but the videos also serve to provide a relaxing, calming and soothing experience for the viewer. Many people who do not experience ASMR still enjoy the videos for their calming and sleepy effect. - Zábava

I feel like the reason that Margaret started this “garden” is because the professor was trying to sound threatening and ordered some kind of enemy to “be buried 6ft under” and Margaret took it a bit to literally and just stared randomly burying patients.

Okay- Margaret keeps making Doctor Who references, I’m betting she’s a Time Lord.
After miles of pacing in my head I know what it feels like to be buried. Except I am able to think and feel the comfort this place can bring. I can be ready for what will come some day and now know that the fear is only a harbinger of the comfort I can eventually feel.

I love how the thought and imaginary experience of slowly, quietly dying is reassuring that in this life, there are still ways to destress and losing my mind over everything isn’t necessary. I just need to be nestled in warm, dark earth and told a creative and interesting story to be at peace at the end of the day.
