I just binged the balls off your content and you're a freaking genius. amazing stuff. A unique tone, fresh thumbnails with their own recognizable style, great scripts, love it love it love it.
Someone already mentioned Moon: RPG but I played 24 Killers recently and its another great game of this "genre". Wacko comedy, goofy charecters, silly puzzles, clearly inspired by its predecessors
I've known about chulip for awhile (in passing) but this persuaded me to play it, I've never bothered to look at gameplay or the premise before but it seems like it's right up my alley! Nice vid dude :)❤
I always had Chulip in the back of my mind when I thought of hidden GameCube classics. But hell, the only reason I know about it is the now ancient Game Grumps let's play of it. I still revist it because of just how goofy both the game and the episodes are.
I love that even though I'm a big persona guy and CZcams knows it I found your channel through this vid when it had less than 200 views. For all the shit we give youtube sometimes it gives us wonderful things. I love the things you choose to talk about and the way you talk about them. I'm hooked.
I appericiate your kind words! The algorithm has been more than friendly to this channel so far. I'm really happy all my silly little thoughts have been so well received.
Stumbled on your persona video and dude you made me realize how good the ps2 was back in the day when companies werent scared to make games that were creative and different. Keep on the good work dude
Thanks so much! From what I understand the PS2 era was basically the best time to be making games since graphics could basically do anything and the relatively cheap cost of SD development ment that even mid-budget productions could look great. This sadly went away for the most part when it became way more costly to put games together in the HD era.
I loved your videos, and we somehow have similar taste for games, only I developed my taste via indie PC games when I was a young adult, so I missed most of these quirky console titles. It's so exciting.
I had the great pleasure of catching someone stream chulip, aka the most surreal detective game ever made. I always told myself I should try and play it myself one day, but never did. Thank you for the reminder, in video essay form :^) So far, all three of your videos have expressed an unrestrained love for PS2-era graphics that I deeply respect. I'm very glad these fuzzy ass, blocky ass games bring you so much joy; hearing you gush about it makes that joy infectious!
Thank you so much! This is probably my favorite comment I've gotten so far. It's true, I love these games and the way they look. Such a special era. New video (probably) today btw!

Thank you so much man! You're too kind.

Never heard of 24 Killers but I'm up for anything in this "genre"
dropsy the clown is also this, except hugs instead of kisses.

Thank you! This is the kind of game you either really vibe with or not at all. If it looks like you'll like it you probably will.
keep these videos up, they're excellent. I love learning about gems like this

This is why i want to be a game designer, its looks so fun to actually develop one game like this

I hope you make it big dude! I really like your short yet digestible and detailed videos and agh! I really like how you talk :)
I've really enjoy working with this format. Long enough to get detailed thoughts out but short enough to watch anytime. Thank you!!

I see that flatface and i knew. That cursed game my friend have when he invited me to play WWE .
My brain prevent me from remembeing the title
This game is so strange... But weirdly good.
It's good and it's weird.
I wonder who came up with the idea for it first...
Thanks for sharing- might add the smooch simulator to the list 😳
My wife introduced me to this game lol loved every moment
Wasnt signed in when I first watched this. Good vid. Keep grinding.
Working on it!
Thank you for introducing me to this gem.
Hope you enjoy it!
Kind of reminds me of Moon: RPG Remix Adventure
I think a lot of the people who worked on that game eventually joined the studio that made Chulip so that makes perfect sense!
this is so adorable oml thank u so much for featuring the game!!
Great video!
Thank you!
@@Rubyfallz episode agis is coming out in September if you didn’t already know.
