Cream Cheese Pound Cake From Scratch

This is a very moist and delicious cream cheese pound cake from scratch. The ingredients are listed below if you'd like to try this recipe. I would usually make a glaze to go on top of the warm cake, but I'll be using this cake as a base for another recipe that I'm sure you'll enjoy. I've also linked my Fresh Strawberry Dessert below so that you can see how I used this pound cake as a base for that recipe. Cream Cheese Pound Cake:
1 package cream cheese, softened, 8-ounce size
1 1/2 cups softened butter (3 sticks)
3 cups sugar
6 large eggs at room temperature
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp lemon juice
3 c all-purpose flour, sifted first, then measured for accuracy

Oh poor Data...I hope She is doing better Elaine. So scary. They are our babies and its so hard to see them in pain. This cream cheese pound cake looks absolutely delicious!! I love a simple, dense moist poundcake. And this looks just perfect!! I hope you had a wonderful Mother's Day.
