Ingredients you’ll need:
- 6 Bananas
- 40g (1/2 Cup) Cocoa Powder
- Pinch of Salt
*If you want it sweeter, add 2-4 packets of sweetener or a few spoons of any sweetener you want!
TY BECAUSE I WAS JUST GOING TO ASK HOW MANY BANANAS. MUCH GRATITUDE AND APPRECIATION ❤❤❤
I swear i'll gain weight just looking at those brownies! 😂
I recommend a larger bowl, and a cheap potato masher. Faster and easier.
Think I'll try adding some nuts when I make this. TY
PS - Ever try black bean brownies? Delish!
Okay the deadpan humor is making me a fan. Though the recipes are brilliant as well! Made the zero cal oreo and modified it to my taste. More soon!
Do you have an idea of how many grams of bananas you used?
a little tip on making your cocoa powder taste more chocolatey in baked goods, bloom it first. all you need to do is boil a few ounces of water, coffee, butter, whatever you like, and mix it into the cocoa powder before you mix that into the rest of the recipe. the heat makes the flavors come out more and bind with the other ingredients so itll be more rich than if you just waited for the heat from the oven to warm it up.
Thanks for this tip!
great tip!
❤
Coffee enhances chocolate flavor.
Xylitol bakes really well
"Get medium bananas because large bananas will give you body dysmorphia." ☠️☠️☠️🤣🤣🤣
"and things aren't great when they are soft, but this recipe you want them soft"
😶
I love watching you! You are very fun, and you cook really good!! 😁
lol, as someone who has suffered body dysmorphia that was real cute 😄
I’m so deeeddd 💀💀💀 Just like how girls have to get small peaches… Some these peaches running around with BBLs
It’s amazing how Greek yogurt and bananas can replace A LOT of indregients and taste just as good at the high sugar carb deserts and stuff, ya know?
Right! Such a good substitution
one recipe did add yogurt but what does that do to the batter?
@@FernandoHernandez-nj1kv it’s the fat in the batter that allows it to hold together. It’s essentially replacing the butter, and oil of the batter. The bananas are the starch(flour), and sugar.
Now that I think of it, since the brownie is so wet you may be able to add like a coconut flour which is super dry which will firm it up a bit, and provide more texture. And coconut flour is low in carbohydrates and high in fiber (cancels out carbohydrates because fiber indigestible).
@@emberjaxx585FAT😂😂😂
bananae
Hint: I'd use a hand blender or a potato masher to mash up the bananas because it would be easier. Or freeze the over ripe bananas and defrost. You'll have great banana puree. Great video!!!
I love my metal potato masher ($1.25 at Dollar Tree). Avocado, bananas, potatoes, eggs, sweet potatoes, just for starters.
Exactly.
Great tip. Thank you!
@@DTrainsWife01 You are very welcome...you freeze the bananas with the skins on....
@@lindaberg1695 And use the peel too or no? I peel my bananas and cut into one inch pieces and freeze on a plate then put in freezer bags.
I just made this and added pecans and light whipped topping and so far it is my favorite of his recipes (and I love all of his recipes)!
That sounds so good! I’m glad you enjoyed
I was thinking pecans or macadamia nuts.
I'm gonna add some chocolate chips to mine and try that.
Was yours wet in the middle?
I do intermittent fasting and this is a great calorie hack. I get to eat a whole pan of brownies for 700calories👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 and my son couldn’t stop laughing at your brownie poke😂
Hahaha is your son gonna get some brownies or are you takin the whole pan for yourself!?
@@RahulKamatWas that a rhetorical question? 😂
You never cease to amaze me. Just tryed these and they're awesome. I didn't tell my husband that they weren't regular brownies and he loved them. He asked why I hadn't made these before !
Were yours like wet in the middle?
Doesn't it taste more like bananas than chocolate brownie?
I'm not a fan of bananas but this looks really good
Perfect response... hubby always knows best and it makes us so happy to hear we made them happy, am I right? ❤🌹
If you flip your pan over/upside down you can mould your parchment paper to your baking dish , then flip back over your baking dish and place the moulded parchment paper neatly inside... perfect fit every time!
I am just commenting so Rahul channel get the recognition it deserves!
You’re the best!
Amen
More then 10K people watched it in only 1 day, he will defnitly get the recognition payed out on his bank account. Well deserved.
Also good thing to mention not every meal has to be high protein. Something high in simple carbs like this is a perfect quick energy source to eat 20-30 min before a workout.
Exactly! My man gets it 🫡
You can always add your favorite protein powder into the mix before baking. Also, if you use, less ripe, greener bananas, youll get more a workout(or you could just pull out the Food Processor), need to add your favorite no-cal sweetener, and your brownies will help protect your GI tract from cancer. Also don't forget the add-ins, just keep an eye on the calories: mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and/or chopped walnuts would all taste good.
@@ewellfordso informed
You can also add an egg and nuts for a better brownie in the first place.
I'm not big on two ingredient recipes just for the sake of having only two ingredients. You can do better.
Rahul's creativity blows me away every time I watch his videos. His understanding of flavors and food science makes for the most delicious, complex, yet easy-to-make recipes! Can't wait for the banana bread recipe because my mouth is watering just thinking about it!!!
Thank you so much bro you’re fr the best 🥲
I’m definitely trying his recipes
Potato masher would be faster and better.
Where I live, at some stores, when bananas haven’t been sold & are REALLY ripe, the produce manager puts them in a paper bag with a handle & they are sold by the bag at a reduced price . I buy those, peal them & freeze then in individual plastic bagies for banana bread or smoothies. I will also start using some to make these brownies. These look delicious, I love banana anything. Thanks for the great recipe.
I'm down to 285 from being 380 3 years ago before a heart valve transplant. Keto did it for me so far. Gotta try this recipe. Thanks, bro.

@@k8eekatt At least for now considering my age LOL!! Best to you and yours.
I don’t think this is very keto friendly
Just made these and added 15gr of shredded coconut along with 3gr coconut extract! Turned out amazing! Thank you!
Lets goooo! Choc coconut combo soundin good!
Were they wet in the middle?
I love coconut. Sounds like a great idea.
What about penaut butter
I'm making this today! Love two-ingredient recipes!
Crumbling the parchment paper is a game-changer!
Game changing crumbled parch!
How was it?
YES!
Good. Dense and moist. This is not like the box brownies you get at the store.
I did add a little more cocoa powder to mine, as I think my bananas seemed larger.
gross@@T94869
If these are too dense for the people in your life (like mine, what?) add 2 eggs and rebake. You'll need a food processor or blender but it works. Of course, you could just start out that way too and then they'll have protein as well. Also, just FYI 8 Tbsp is 1/2 Cup which is much easier to measure. Thanks for the great recipe.
I was thinking about adding eggs. Protein rich, and they help hold other ingredients together. Glad to hear it turns out before I even tried it. lol
truly thought out..
Dude your Channel is blowing up. Helps your genuine and comedic with solid recipes. You could sell a cookbook for real. Also " clearly im not a monkey DONT SAY ANYTHING IN THE COMMENTS" had me dying 🤣
Bro thank you so much! I def wanna make a cookbook one day, it’d be so cool. And hahaha no one better say something!!
Thank you for talking about the coconut sugar! The same with agave, honey, and brown rice syrup! Thank you for this recipe. Ive been searching for a recipe like this for months. By adding some other healthy ingredients its a wonderful base for a nutritious bar.
Didn’t bake them! Instead, I added some unflavored protein, froze them in an ice cube tray, and stuck toothpicks in them. Game changer and great replacement for ice cream
or popsicle molds
What is link for the unflavored protein please?
350f for 30 minutes!
-30 minutes let sit out
-2 hours in fridge! 😊
6 servings 120kcal each! Mix with Greek yogurt Choclate protein pudding and your protein jello or cereal!
Cocoa+6 banana
BLOOM the cocoa first for rich flavor! Add a few ounces of hot water!
I have always loved the simplicity of your recipes. As always great job
Thank you my guy 🫡
To add protein, substitute Peanut butter powder for part of the coco powder.
Good idea!
Rather add some casein choco powder
or protein powder
or a couple eggs with same amount coco
you can make ice cream with a medium banana sliced and frozen then blend with 1 to 2 tbsp cocoa powder. Just ground a little bit gives you basically dipping dot, but ground until creamy is ice cream. Enjoy
Not ground darlin....the word is blend..Lol
Thank you for sharing this recipe 😊
I, too, am on the road to -100. Your recipes are amazing, and so helpful for people who Love flavor, thank you!
Word to the wise, I tried replacing the coco powder with protein powder and turns into chocolate gelatin... in a really bad way.
I was just wondering about that. Thanks for saving me the trouble :)
Can't wait to try these. Thank you for posting 🥰
I'm definitely trying this! Thanks Rahul!
Looks yummy! I’m definitely gonna try this! Thank you!
Enjoy! 🤠
If you want a higher protein amount in these you can substitute either part of or all of the cocoa powder with chocolate protein powder (which should make it good for curbing appetite).
Thank you! I will try this!
I recently found your channel and I'm hooked!!!! Thank you for great recipes!!!

Heck yeah dide, I'm definitely gonna try these. I enjoyed the last ones you made with the oats but these look way better and only two ingredients, can't beat that. Great video! 🔥
Looks yummy! Thank you.
Me for my banana bread when my bananas are not ripe enough I crush them with the peel, being careful not to permeate them for a few minutes. The result is as good as if you had waited several days 😉. Thank you for the recipe
Wow really nice tip!
I don't understand though
@@kerriewithpurpose5722If the bananas aren't ripe/soft enough yet, then smash them *before* peeling them. It'll soften them up and make them easier to finish smashing in the bowl.
You are super funny, your delivery is awesome.

You are too cool.
Thanks
You’re the best, thank you :)

Wow, these were the worst I've ever had. I would remove the word Brownies from the title. Weight loss is correct, you'll lose the taste for anything else. I suggest trying another recipe. We had to toss them.
Yeah these came out awful mine was just goopy and wouldn’t bake and turn solid lmao
Thank you for saving me the trouble! I had a similar experience when I made the two ingredient lentil flatbread… Just lentils in water… Came out like bean flavored pancakes LMAO
I,ll try this w/ carob powder.Thank you.
Mind blown bro! Can’t wait to try

Yes for banana bread!
So down to make some
Looks tasty! I would add vanilla extract, coconut, and pecans or walnuts. Yum! Thanks Dude!!
Definitely pecans. 😋

Sometimes im finicky with textures, so as good as this tastes, the texture was a little rough. A BUT i cut the brownies into small cubes, froze them, then put them in my green smoothie.....FIRE! So good!!
lmao your energy is gold man. im loving it lol
Thanks! Lots of coffee lol
I have this in the oven. I added cinnamon, ginger, chocolate chips, vanilla, and some walnuts. Looking forward to it
That completely defeats the 2 ingredient purpose 😂😂😂
I love these easy healthier dessert recipes! 🎉
Love your video you will try this can't believe 2 ingredients and the colorie ❤
Applesauce is perfect for adding into cakes. Although i am not a big fan of applesauce, it's perfect for sweet cakes. You won't taste it, but it will make your cake fudgy and just adds a bit calories.
Applesauce instead of bananas? Not a big fan of bananas though I do eat them. So if I could use applesauce, instead, that would be amazing!
I'm honestly STUNNED that stayed together in one piece as you ate it. Its literally banana puree, how did it form a block solid enough to eat?!
It’s magic right!? Banana science👨🔬
Cocoa Powder is used to replace flour in recipies. Banana is used to replace egg and sugar. You dont need baking soda because this is a brownie.
@@_Minecraft_ASMR wouldn't baking powder help make it rise?
@@FernandoHernandez-nj1kvit would but some people don’t like cakey brownies!
Your really awesome haha .Thanks for the great recipes
You’re awesome too! Thank you!
Nice easy recipe. Thanks!
ok?
Recipe looks great, definitely going to give it a shot. Could you possibly add some finely grinded rolled oats to thicken the mixture a bit? Also maybe do a 50/50 split cocoa powered and chocolate whey protein. Love the vids btw 🔥
i do add protein when i make brownies
Add egg, Lupin and almond flour, vanilla, and erythritol and you’ve got a decent low carb high protein brownie. Or add some black beans or apple sauce.
I was gonna mention egg as well. You can make pretty decent pancakes with just banana and egg as well
My daughter quit trusting my brownies for a bit because of black beans. 😂
I am definitely going to try this❤😉😋 looks so yummy!!!
I LOVE YOU u Sent ME to glory with this simplified Recipe✨NICE JOB 🎯
This gave me an idea: I bet it would be delish to have a bowl of that wet banana cocoa batter and toss in strawberries! ...eat as-is with a spoon! Add walnuts for extra points.
Strawberry in chocolate! Bet that’d be real good
🍓🍓🍌🍓🍌🍓🍓
If u have unripe Bananas, just put them in the oven for like 25~35 min at 300°F and u are good.
No need to wait days
Woah really 😮
@@RahulKamat Yes. Heat makes Bananas ripen faster when they are harvested.
You are so funny! Just discovered your videos about a month ago. Love them. Thanks.

I wonder if a half cup of apple sauce would be an interesting addition to this. Anyway, I’m looking forward to making your recipe. It looks great, and I’m very impressed by your creativity.
PS: it should jiggle, not fold.
I haven’t tried applesauce so not sure. And thank you! Keep me posted if you try this!
I just made these and wow wow wow!!! They are so good. My main thing when it comes to food, besides flavor of course, is I like food that is moist. That's why I like pie more than cakes, cakes are just too dry for me. Well these brownies are so friggin moist! Amazing flavor and you could personalize the recipe-maybe some vanilla extract, maybe some walnuts, etc. I wonder how it would be if you were to add some plain or vanilla casein protein powder, casein because it's not as dry for baked good. Think I'll try that next time. At my local store I bought the batch of overripe bananas for $1.40 and the 40g of cocoa is like $0.50 maybe. So it's very inexpensive dessert and much healthier, plus lots of fiber. If adding the protein works out than it's the perfect healthy dessert! Oh and I also added a tablespoon or two of Monk Sweet. It is a low calorie sweetener, it says 0 calories in 1 tsp but it also says 4g of carbs as sugar alcohols so not sure how it doesn't have calories. Monk sweet is by far the best sweetener I've tried that doesn't leave an odd aftertaste. It's a mix of erythritol, stevia and monk fruit extract.
Lets goooo!! Glad you enjoyed! These are fr supperrrrrrr moist. If the casein doesn’t work, maybe top these off with a greek yogurt frosting? Or a powdered peanut/protein powder + greek yogurt frosting? That’d add a bunch of protein to these
Rahul thank you so much for this bro!!!
I got you my guy!
Looks yummy! 🤤 This is how I like brownies
Rahul should make a channel where he just eats food. I would watch for hours.
No, no! See, weight control means controlling the eating, as much as it means learning to enjoy moving! Although the idea of a compilation where Rahul eating every recipe he’s made could help promote healthier food choices!

Thanks for the recipe! Also, do you have any advice for a single serving microwaveable mug brownie?
I don’t but I’m down to try to make one!

I’ve never tried that before. Thanks for the tip
Has anyone happened upon what is the ideal amount of banana puree? I mashed six medium bananas and it seems like I ended up with way too much. I think it might be better to add bananas until I have 2 cups, or whatever, so it's consistent every time.
I’d use around 700g of banana, or add more cocoa or bake longer at a lower temp if you need to
Hmmm fudgy chocolate cake... I love it.
