In the future can you also make a video of the process you go through with the neighborhood about having them expect all the machinery, loud noise, and disruptions that may come from building a nearby property? (If there even is some elaborate process). Not sure if you’ve made a video on it before, but I am still very new to building real estate and this is something that I have always wondered. Thanks!
Niko what type of sod are you going to install ? You know for that corrugated pipe you installed you could also connect it to a pop up emitter at the end of it. The green cap on the emitter blends well with the sod.

Niko, I’m a little confused. 😕 It seems the videos are out of order. We’ve seen the concrete poured and finished for your driveway as well as front walkway in a previous episode. This one doesn’t have any of that. I’m sure there’s a method to the video order, but I’m lost. 🫤
Doing the dirt work has been all throughout the house build so I had to add it in randomly!! I try to keep each part separate so I don’t mix the work!! Sorry for the confusion 🥺
