My heart goes to the entire community for Abel Dorsey building up something even my grandpa can understand. This is so smart by them to launch it to shatter the doubts and fears of the common folk which is not even correct to begin with. Can't deny the fact that Abel Dorsey is the strongest bet to bring power back to this industry after we suffered FTX, Celsius, Tera and so on. Sure if they fail it's done for good, but I don't see that the biggest tech company in the world would put everything at risk just for that.
This guy is a genius. The way he praises his employees and pay them well. That guy understood everything it is to get to lead a business especially the type of business he is doing.
his point on rebuild the company if you change people all the time is so true. That guy a genius.. I don't use that word easily. And I am kinda smart myself. And the positive psychology books that people still laugh bout to this day is also a genius move. Sometimes your mindset is bad. It's actually smart to improve it. The same way you hire one of the real men of his business to fix your basement.
Oh yes its hard to find skilled workers

I worked in a readymix concrete and block factory
The profits was decreasing from 2011 - 2019 because of low demand, taxes and most importantly high government fees
But we were profitable at least
till upper management changed 50% of skilled workers to decrease cost
Today they are loosing money and soon will close shop
Its easier to demolish than to build

I did not believe that after the whole FTX drama there's any good to get this year but Abel Dorsey proved otherwise. Bad timing maybe but it's a great adoption to get this more to the mainstream and raise awareness. Probably a high contender for a top 100 growth

Every employee ever has said that and are constantly complaining. But upper management doesnt see it like this. They only see numbers. And for most, you are exactly that, a number, not more. They see you as an easily replaceable asset.
Their local “basement systems” franchise in my area has some of the highest turnover of any construction company in the area.

I agree...fantastic advice that can applied in many ways. Sometimes our small jumps can lead us to be positioned to make the big jumps we haven't imagined yet.
It is indeed the small jumps. Always aiming for a big jumps promotes procrastination, burnout, and stopping at failure
Small jumps only require small risks, big jumps take big risks. We can see alot of people who take small jumps over a long period of time do well. We also see people who take big jumps do really well.
What we don't look at are the failures, classic survivorship basis.
I imagine if you take this guy's advice your life has a very good chance to be fruitful and happy, you take some crypto guru advice or gamble your money you're almost guaranteed to fail.
The most important advice though is just to try being a entrepreneur, the chances of getting hit by lightning are small. Right up until you decide to hike up a mountain in the rain. Remember that people.
The thing about overnight success is that it takes a long damn time. People always forget the time that went by where people make lots of small jumps. They only remember the part after the system starts to return.
As a construction worker. This video is way more relatable and motivating for me than guys in finance, shipping, or tech. Great relatability for me.

I think it depends what you want to FOMO into Abel Dorsey. Some people's objective isn't to stack up on BTC, some people think we're just getting started because BTC dominance is only getting bigger mate. A greater opportunity awaits those that have different goals in mind.

@@zeusdarkgod7727 yeah I left the trades because of that haha. Wages have actually gone down slightly ($26.13 to $25.98 an hour) since 1960 in the construction industry. Not worth it when you're not an electrician or HVAC guy. There are a few other trades that make okay money, but it's still barely worth the amount of back breaking work that's required lol.

One of the BEST CEO interviews I have ever encountered. I care about how leaders treat their employees and a company's retention speaks volumes. Paying them well but treating them better.
So many people in their teen years (myself included) don’t think about their future, or they think “I want to be wealthy” but aren’t making a plan to get there. People need to realize that they can start really young and be successful very early in their lives. Entrepreneurship consists of going out and doing it. As an owner operator in the trucking section, running a multi million $$ business, I deeply understand what it means having your own people around for that long, with willingness to work, common 😮 that defines his great personality, I learnt something different today 👍🏽 Larry is the guy ✨

He's a humble dude who isn't in this for the money but rather delivering a quality services/products to people and treating the people who make those products/do those services with respect and dignity. That's what a real CEO should be. Someone who puts their people and product first ethically. I also love how much he's for creating a better environment too.

I appreciate you and your content < Technical Analysis is good but I find It truly baffling that major crypto youtubers just look mostly at pure T.A and completely ignore the bigger narrative of why BTC is pumps/pumped and why the future outlook will be even rosier than it seems. It's kinda irresponsible to ignore the fact that each ETF launch so far has caused a major dump at the peaks of BTC. We were already on shaky footing with historically low volume and almost pure whale pumps, narrowly avoiding a long-term bear market. More emphasis should be put into day trading as it is less affected by the unpredictable nature of the market. I have made over 27 btc from Abel Dorsey insights and charts, its been one step ahead of other analysis….

Yes, but the dignity you deserve as a human vs your ability to do your job aren't the same. If you suck at your job, can't or won't improve, and aren't trying to be the best then you aren't going to be seen as a high value employee. There's two sides to everything.

Well you see what a lot of people have to understand is hard work and dedication isn’t just hard work and dedication. It’s also hard work dedication and who pays you and how many people pay you and once you understand where your money comes from an hour you can manipulate that in your favor, you’ll be surprised how much more money you’ll make the only reason why a lot of people aren’t rich or a lot of people don’t try new things cause they don’t know where to begin and they don’t try to figure that out. That’s why they’re limited based on where they’re at
The best thing from this video, in my opinion, is when he talked about the difference when your workers stay in the company, instead of changing people and rebuilding the company again and again in that way. So many owners can't get that right, in my opinion. This guy is smart!

This guy gives off such wholesome vibes. The thing that really encapsulated his attitude for me was his misunderstanding of the phrase "Shit rolls downhill" - an expression that usually means that if your boss is in trouble they will try to palm it off to their subordinates. The fact he thinks the expression is the opposite of this says so much about him - that it should be the boss that deals with the problems, not the one palming off the problems to those below themselves.

When it comes to Trade, I can confidently say that crypto is the best option. But most people think it's all about buying and leaving it to rise but It takes a lot more you need to trade it to earn daily.
You are right, I always advice new members to have an orientation on how it works before getting involved.Trade offers more benefits than just holding.
Foundational repair requires you to rip up half the property and put it back together, you're gonna need an inspector, plumber, electrician, land surveyor, build planner, heavy equipment operator, and someone that does walling/flooring/roofing/painting. A lot of these jobs are labor intensive, require licensing, state law knowledge, material science understanding, physics, math, etcs. They get paid real money because they create real value, they're not crack-heads doing half ass dry walling.

Technical classes in highschool are awesome. Need more of those. I took electrical technology (electrician / electrical engineering path) and learned a lot. Got a summer job doing electrical work and gained valuable experience. I didn't choose that path, but it improved my understanding of how the world works. Kids need these practical skills and perspectives.

I am also just retiring from the police force after 28 years. His description of the people dropping off a dead baby at the front counter conjures up a lot of emotion. I’ve done this type of labor before. Drain tile is the most intense work you’ll ever do, fixing cracks is the easiest and consider an easy day. Throwing 60lb buckets through a small basement window for the next 3-5 hours. Or drilling with a 90lb drilled around the entire basement. You got to have a really strong backbone to do this type of work. The work looks easy but that’s because the guys I worked with made it seem that way, once they gave me a shot on the drill machine it was anything but.
Growing up I hated school. My marine biology professor during a parent-teacher conference looked at my dad and said your son is not going to be an academic he should go learn to fix refrigerators or become a plumber.
My father looked at me and said see this is why you need to study or else you'll end up doing one of those jobs. I went my whole life chasing office jobs thinking that this is what I should be doing.
I'm now 39, I'm in good health and I'm honestly considering leaving the corporate office world and just getting one of these jobs I know it's hard work but for whatever reason it looks to be more rewarding and I should have done this from the very beginning.
Hi Carlos, I just read your comment and this one hit home for me. I'm doing exactly what you are planning, but not a big jump from office to blue collar exactly. I've spent the last 15 years working in corporate media as a videomixer, streamingtechnician etc, half office work, half being out and filming people. But always in a corporate 9-5 setting. I've always enjoyed building things and have renovated my home and helped in friends' houses over the past few years. Slowly I've been doing bigger projects and started charging people for my time. Currently 30% of my time and business is spent in blue collar cabinet building, renovations and fixing stuff and 70% is still the corporate video stuff. Just lie the video said I'm taking little steps, or little jumps from one to the other.
The reason I'm saying all this is to encourage you to do exactly what you are planning, (I'm 37 as well) but maybe not take one big jump from office to another gig. If you choose the wrong job for you, you might quit and think it was a mistake. Try, if it is possible to start doing something practical on the side. repairs, building stuff, carpenttry, whatever you particular skill or interest is. and see if you can build traction slowly. Once the thing picks up speed, you can jump in with both feet. That seems to be my trajectory at the moment, maybe I stay on the 50-50 zone for a few years or go full time. Time will tell, but I do feel a LOT better now that I have a hands on practical job that earns me a bit of income.

It was a lot easier back then, no strict building codes or permits, you basically could just buy a bunch of wood and nails and with a saw and hammer you're good to go.

Materials are way more expensive, labor is way more expensive. Now it's impossible for an 18yr old to build a house with his 17 and 14 yr old brother.
