Please make this a series! Too good to be a one off episode.
Yupp. Like Gordon Ramsay does with kitchens.
Yes, but next one should be someone without that big professional network
Totally agree. I think this would be a great series. Bring in real people and have Noah and his contacts help start something from nothing. So many people have an idea, but are too scared to take the first step, having someone fight in the trenches with them is immensely motivating.
100%
@@tarunpopu Or even like Marcus Lemonis on "The Profit"
This is your twin...quit playin' 🤣😂
lol, right
That ! 😂😂😂
family all the way lol
That's what I came to say. I thought it was a joke at first. They look too much alike. He should look into their genealogy. They may really be related somehow.
As a UX designer, I feel like he approaches people in a wrong way. He should focus more on what the customer needs.
This man, courageous as he is, says he wants to start a business. People are not interested in you starting a business, they care about themselves.
What he could've done instead is ask these people what are their pain points. What do they not like about planning golf trips. These things will give you valuable insights. You can even say "I can help you with these problems". Then you help them fixing their problems.
All in all, great inspirational video!
As a ux designer, I agree
That is the best first step to take, but he picked a specific idea to validate.
In reality if he approaches people like that in golf course he will get banned..
Sound advice
yea i think Noah pushed him to ask for "$100" at the golf course.
If he would have focused on getting leads/commits instead of money, he could have gotten another trip. Lead form for talkers, flyers for walkers.
Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future.., I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life!!
Starting early is simply the best way of getting ahead to build wealth , investing remains a priority . I learnt from my last year's experience , I am able to build a suitable life because I invested early ahead this time .
In fact, I had no prior experience or understanding when I began investing in 2018, but by the end of 2019, I had made a profit of almost $750k. All I had been doing was going by what my financial advisor had told me. This demonstrates that all you truly need is a professional to assist you; you don't even need to be a great investor or put in a lot of work.
@@maryHenokNft bravo! I appreciate the implementation of ideas and strategies that result to unmeasurable progress, thus the search for a reputable advisor, mind sharing info of this person guiding you please?
*Gertrude Margaret Quinto* is the licensed advisor I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
I copied her whole name and pasted it into my browser; her website appeared immediately, and her qualifications are excellent; thank you for sharing.
I love this. Would love a series. Do it for everyone all over the world! Different people, different circumstances! Great work Noah!
I love the transparency and rawness of this video. It definitely shows the grittiness of getting started. This video is bringing back some nerves I had when starting out.
Please do more of these, there is something about seeing it all happen in real time that hits different.
Stranger? Thats more like your stunt double!
Ikr lol
A little sales tip... put off your sunglasses, people feel more connected that way and more 'obligated' to say yes.
They are more likely to say no to "an anonymous" guy (sunglasses, face cover, scarf, etc).
Kudos to this guy and the awesome progess! One thing I would suggest is do not wear shades for business proposal. When you're asking a stranger for money I think the first hurdle you're going to have to overcome is trust (irrespective of the quality of your service). There's something about not seeing someones eyes that invokes a state of defense. I mean this with all due respect and in no means want to undermine this man's accomplishment. Keep pushing!
yes, that's a helpful tip! and kudos to Jake and Noah!
Yes I agree. Eye contact can build trust in seconds. Im glad I’m not the only who pointed that out
Set up table with sign and a bunch of his books..... Let them come to you
Wonderful detail to catch - great advice, thx!
Can confirm it is proven not to wear sun glasses in engagements like that.
I love this video format! Any more to come? Very inspiring! And all the best to Jake.👌
This the best content I have seen on CZcams in a while ..keep making more of this
Noah, I think you just validated a series idea that will sky rocket your book sales 😊
This could be in a Netflix show
It's a CZcams show that he owns. He his selling his book as well. Why would he give Netflix his money
@@keithwisdom1663 hi there, hope you're doing well. I meant this as a compliment because the quality is very good video and he deserves all the attention because of this.
@@IvanI. Okay
It would get faked it it was on TV or Netflix, losing the value of the actual show
Talking with strangers and trying to sell something is a great exercise, even if person does not make a dime. I had a problem with selling live to someone. Joined some crappy door to door sales company just to brake trough that fear and block in my mind Also, great training to learn to listen people and ask questions that are most important in sales.
It would be cool if he could get a discount on the travel costs, so the buyer pays nothing extra, but he still gets a commission. An offer so good, you’d feel stupid saying no
100% - there are def ways to get group discounts on the tee times, AirBnBs/hotels, shipping your clubs, etc...the travel would be interesting. If right clientele - could even setup flying private and see if you could get discount for round trip....something. Enough people at right price, flying private could be same cost.
Love how you are backing your book content with actual people. Really shows how much you believe in it. It is motivating. I feel you can have the target and miss it but it teaches you so much and you can pivot and rinse through ideas until you land on one that actually sticks.
@__NOAHKANGANN285 Not really but you are definitely a fake ID of Noah🤣
I ordered the book from Amazon immediately after I finished the video. Super inspiring stuff Noah! Thank you! 👍
LOVED this episode. I bought the book and I have started going through the exercises. Waiting for my next "weekend" to go all in for 48 hrs. You should REALLY make this a series. Amazing work!
Such a good concept. Nice work
Dan, you a golfer?
I'm halfway through the book and in the middle of implementing it as I read it, working on validating the business idea at the moment. Skipping making the website and over-planning, just straight up asking friends and acquaintances. The video came at perfect timing to see it in action irl! Solid stuff Noah!
how's it going now?
So awesome. Do more of these Noah!
Very motivating! You should definitely make it into a series!
Amazing. The best part is that Jakw actually tested the idea so early - thats some lightspeed validation with minimal inveatment of time or money. More of these vids, Noah!
I think the toughest part of trying to sell your product to someone in person, is maintaining a positive attitude and expressing that. Rejection can really affect that.
Love this, you gotta do more! Great book too!
Great work Jake, awesome to see the fast progress, keep it up! And thanks for the inspiration Noah, I love the book!
Thanks man! appreciate that a lot
This was a nice video. I like how actionable you make the book, too. AWESOME VIDEO
I bought the audiobook after watching a long youtube interview with you. The book is great! At the end of this video you talk about how he said he didn't want to live a "What-if" life. When I was 18 years old, I had a similar story. I didn't want to be in my 50's, sitting on a barstool and wondering "if" I could have done it. The "It" was some hard ass military training and that "no what-ifs" concept helped me get through it all. Now decades later I am looking for that same motivation I had back then. If I can re-enable that level of motivation, I think I could really live out the rest of my life helping others achieve their goals and dreams.
When asking for money on the streets, remove your dark glasses and keep your hands out of your pockets.
Both are intuitively highly suspicious behaviors for anyone getting asked for money.
Great point.
I don't think asking for money on the street is good
Better if he set up a table with a sign and his books
Awesome. Keep these coming!
Please make a series of this!
Loved seeing the rejections because that shit is real. It's something a lot of us are struggling with currently. I really needed this video to help me start grinding again, knowing it's ok to get rejected a few times before you actually make a sale. I appreciate this and hope to see more soon
Proud of your twin! Let’s goooo 💯💯💯💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
Loved this video, great work!👍
Love it. so inspiring and motivating. Keep it up pls
amazing content, I'm so proud of Jake. I hope he makes it , I failed myself but atleast I'll be happy for someone like him who deserves something for himself.
Next week, next weekend 💪
This needs to be a series ! 💯
What I really love about this episode is that it wasn't a slam dunk. I love that there's a very realistic pace and flow to this. I love that it's clear that what Jake *really* got was his ass moving out of plan mode and into experimenting and testing and prodding and selling.
I learned a lot from that. And you know me. I love your stuff and have loved you for ages. This was an interesting experience to watch. :)
This reminds me a little of the trash talk series of Gary V, showing how to buy cheap stuff and reselling it, because it just shows very clearly the steps to making money! Hope there's more to come like this!
Couldn’t agree more! This is too good to not be a series. Much of what you help people through seems to be mental and emotional blocks, and video format makes those challenges and the breakthroughs come through vividly. I literally felt a tear coming up because I’m right there with this guy. Just read the book, now I’m trying to get my own business off the ground for the same reasons. Truly inspiring Noah!
I think had he taken off his sunglasses and make eye to eye contact a few of those people would have given a chance to hear his pitch. I hope he succeeds.
This needs to be a series! Noah is back with another banger! 🔥
Your welcome to help me start a business ! THANK YOU !
PLEASE !
Funny thing is Jake an Noah look so much alike, when they are both looking at each other, and we are seeing their side view. Jake looks like the elder brother of Noah.
I love you man, can't wait to read your book! And finally take action. Thank you for giving me the push I needed and your amazing knowlege!
exciting. can't wait to see this process
I remember sending Noah a linkedin message right before I quit my job in December of 2021. Been one of the best decisions of my life. Thanks for inspiring me Noah ❤
So good! Crush it Jake!
Noah! This is awesome! You need to turn this into a weekly show! So good. The juice I needed this morning. 🎉
Really nice concept, seems like an MTV serie. Thanks for this content Noah!
Just amazing! It's really good to see this type of outcomes! Great idea and imagine if he gets to the pros, it's constant money with all the trips they do!
This is one of the best videos you’ve done, NK.
Jake’s story (and action) is inspirational.
I don’t want a “What If” life either.
That was the perfect answer at the end man because I know that dude was stressing to step out to do that. Also, it would be cool to have a positive person like yourself in the corner during the beginning stages of startup. I know you’re so far ahead of the business game but you still got hyped about making the content, and his small wins. Having some core next steps for him was key. I have the book and the audiobook. You.
Genuine great video, love that you really want him to achieve it clearly shows. Inspiration man! 👌
Good luck mate. Takes a lot to put yourself out there. I feel like once you get a good trip organised the business will grow from good word of mouth and having proof you’ve been able to do a trip(s) successfully.
pleases make more episode on million dollar weekend challenge
just realised watching this episode starting business is mostly about confidence
you dont get confidence with preparation but asking for idea validation
This series is the prequel to Shark Tank. Shark Tank is the prequel to The Profit. Great stuff Noah. Would love to see more of these.
To be fair. "Hey bro, hey friend." If anyone of my friends were asking for help. and it ALSO came with a all inclusive golf trip, why would I say no?
This is really interesting and entertaining for a lot of people. You can make a documentary or a tv show about how people change their lives by opening their own businesses.
Gotta earn that uncle title with uncle roger, Fuiyohhhh, amazing video 🎉
I have finally figured out the secret to success…..look like Noah😂 Great vid tho, more like this💯
Pretty sure he would have had better luck on the golf course without the sunglasses 😎, you build trust with eye contact.
He will crush it thought 💪
Great book ! Thank you Noah
I love these! Putting the material into action.
I feel like the play here would be partnering with the golf courses and then they refer golfers to his business for a small cut off each booking.
This is a great series. !
this is such a good series,
amazing stuff man. keep it up
Hey Noah, what a beautiful video. Nice work to you and the team! And Jake is awesome!
Keep doing these, they are very inspirational. Thank you!
Great video 💯
This should be a series!
Noah's and Jake's energies are so different. I think that is key, your energy.
You are my man. You are changing lives. Keep going.
This book is great. I've started a business with a friend, and it's super inspiring.
Old sales tip I learned, " never approach a stranger with sunglassess on."
I've recently started watching this channel, and although I enjoyed a lot of the videos so far, I really enjoyed this one in particular.
Good vid! Quick tip - try to talk with people without sun glasses so they can see your eyes 👀 it helps them to connect with you!
MDW in action! I love it
Want to see an episode where someone successfully sells to a stranger!
Has anybody else noticed the resemblance... For a second I thought this was one of those "I found my doppelganger blah blah" videos 🤣🤣🤣
You are a genius. The first steps that you outline and getting started on making one dollar and getting validation is the secret! I started that way and grew a $100M business. You will help a lot of people.
Thanks for the enlightment. I am kind of a business school wantepreneur who started a lot of small businesses and now I know why they all kind of failed ! I fucking did the landing page and all of the work with excitement until I saw that it was supper difficult and out of my confort zone to find the sales. Then quit. Now I would do your method and start by the sale !
Is this just the more chad chiseled version of himself?
Noah! Dude, you keep leveling up so quickly lately! What a great episode, would love to watch more of these.
Eventually you get comfortable with the nervousness. lol :)
I really respect this type of content. More people that see the actual effort that goes into making £1 from an Idea the better prepared people will be to really pursue their goals. I wonder though, Whilst I respect the momentum, did he not just waste energy by trying to sell them before learning anything about their needs or whether they have experienced the problem he is trying to solve? When he asked about golf and the guys infront swung their head around you could see that people really love to talk about Golf. That question of how many trips a year you take is the perfect opener to lead to taking details so he could follow up once he refines the service. Could just be the Edit though, but please make this a series I would watch an hour of this.
Yep. This is excellent.
Love this Noah! This is by far the hardest part of starting any business or testing any idea. Fricken well done 👏
Well done Noah. I loved it. And I hope for Jake make his dream come true.
very nice of you to say - thank you!
@@jakemcdonald6097Keep up brother. I see you are little hesitant to talk to be people, but I assure you it's a muscle that you are building it.
honestly if he took the glasses off and maybe even the hat as well as wore brighter colors the psychology of the approach wouldve been much better. he wore colors associated with evil in the mind. red and black. the glasses mean people cant see ur eyes to build trust. Def would've been better with a brighter outfit on the course like the host had on.
Love this! Love the book! Keep up the good work! For all those reading the comments, you can do it too!!! Peace Love and Tacos! Thanks, Noah!
Neat video. He would have benefited from a baseline knowledge of sales and sales skills, but the effort was there! Sales is the best skill to know IMO
fantastic, inspirational video. time to get off my arse and get to work
Where is part two my guy? :)
As with many others commenting here, please make this a series, it’s truly engaging and helps one not feel alone
This video really has me rethinking what I'm doing! Please keep these coming
It’s like watching an eddy murphy movie from the 90s
jake so stoic
He’s like the handsome squidward version😂
