A great example of Fortnite listening to fans so zero build during chapter 3. They thought it would be a fun twist for two weeks but saw the surge of players joining. They kept it ever since!

Even as a cod fanboy I agree. This sh*t is getting ridiculous. Hats off to any gaming company that ACTUALLY listens to their fans.
The biggest thing is that Fortnite matches are plagued with highly 'unskilled' bots. Every round of Fortnite BR you can reliably charge at every enemy you see on the map and probably win the battle, where COD BR is the opposite. Because of SBMM, everyone you charge at in COD is probably better than you. In Fortnite, you and all your friends feel like pros every round. In COD, you and/or most of your friends probably feel like newbs most games. I don't even play COD anymore unless my friends are playing with me, because they aren't as good as me. The lobbies they get me into are more attuned to my skill level, but they get pulverized. I always have a number of good matches though. My overall K/D is still only 1.16 though, so it's not like I'm running away with it. But yeah. At this point I'd prefer if they just replace SBMM with a variety of multi-skilled bots.
@@MavisRecon Bro I feel you, SBMM is so ass. Almost NOBODY likes it. Worst part is despite this they don’t even try to at least fix it a bit. And it’s not like there aren’t any other matchmaking options available, there ARE, but Activision is too lazy to give af. I just wish they’d remaster the older games already instead of giving us this annual garbage.

When no build released in Fortnite i got back into the game. And left cod.. For me cod is a sweat fest now. Everybody playing like its their life in the line if they lose. Fortnite No build for me is great. I know there is bots but i dont care i love it😊 And the fact that if i buy a nice skin i will not lose it in the next year or two:D In Cod you buy some crap skin and lose it in 1 or 2 years..

Honestly after last season of Fortnite and hitting peak players, They’ve started to listen to the players and care about them too.
Another thing to note: they became less corporate on their socials and more community-centric. They do a lot of jokes and entertaining stuff now, and the entire community is loving it!

here's a brownie recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of unsalted butter
- 2 cups of granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of chopped nuts or chocolate chips

2. Melt 1 cup of butter and mix with 2 cups of sugar
3. Add 4 eggs and one teaspoon of vanilla; mix well
4. Sift in 1/2 cup flour , 1/2 cup cocoa, 1/4 teaspoon salt; stir
5. Optional: add 1 cup of nuts of chocolate chips
6. Pour into the pan and bake for 25 - 30 mins
7. Cool completely, cut into squares and enjoy your brownies.

Collaborations in Fortnite. Something that no other game can seem to get right like Fortnite does. Stranger Things, Lewis Hamilton, Invincible, Eminem, Family Guy, Metal Gear Solid, Lamborghini, The Weeknd, LEGO, Dragon Ball and TMNT are all collaborations released within the last two months. The Smash Brothers of shooters which arguably is the most ambitious crossover in history.

I can be competitive in fortnite, then I can also play casual. Multiple different modes to play. I have my main with close to 9000 games played, and I still play. I take breaks, but I love it. Warzone 1 I loved and had 845 games played, but that was only verdansk. I played like 4 games of caldera then stopped.

Reason why I love codm is cause they give you free blueprints, which is so rare to get it in Warzone or modern warfare or any other cods. You’ll get cool and free skins for gun and operators but there is one thing I hate they will never give you free legendary stuff After four years, they give us a free, legendary skin, which is really hard in rank mode. You have to get legendary six times which in my opinion is really hard. This is the reason why love codm. And plus you have every single OG maps.
CoDM is the best CoD, hands down. If they ever ported it to console and PC it would quickly become the only CoD, taking the place of the yearly installments. I honestly think that's the reason Activision hasn't done that yet, they know it would kill their yearly cash grab. It's not perfect in it's mobile state, but still better than any CoD I've played since BO2. A little polishing and it would be the perfect CoD game.

The gunsmith is MWII was the biggest reason i loved the game. So many games have basic gun options but only few have something going for it. I miss tuneing because I could make actual builds. I made a sniper that had terrible idle sway and a shotgun that only fires three feet. I was sad they got rid of tuneing. I would give up a map or two for it to come back.
Yah call of duty took a step backwards by taking that away.

In ch5 s1 they added two overpowered weapons, a ballistic shield which is like the cod one but you can use a pistol, and an auto shotgun which does way to much damage being able to two shot players at uncommon rarity
What’s crazy is that Fortnite is free to play. Yeah sure there’s the cosmetics but you don’t need to get it. It’s a *choice* and people can still be good and have fun without these purchases unlike Cod which has to be bought each installment.
I've been a CoD boy from the beginning and the games are just getting worse and worse over time. The multiplayer onward for all the games post Black Ops 4 have been absolutely grueling and just not a very fun experience, they feel like a chore to play especially if you buy into the battle pass(which they totally ripped off from Fortnite). I turned my nose up at Fortnite for looking like a kids game AND the build mode which I could not wrap my head around and sucked at so I just dropped it completely. It wasn't until a friend told me about Zero Build mode that I really jumped into it this year and I've been having a blast ever since.
Even with the latest CoD that just came out I really do find Fortnite to be the more fun and easy going game. Especially when playing with friends. Oh man the experience with partying up with friends in both games is night and day. CoD its a goddamn nightmare full of try hard sweats and Fortnite is just a damn good time to play when squaded up in comparison! I really am more happy playing Fortnite compared to CoD these days.
Halo paved the way for Fortnite creative IMO when they added Forge. The community came together to made game modes and some even were adapted into the actual game like infected and griff ball

Let’s be honest, it’s because fortnite is genuinely the better game as of now. I never see myself actively wanting to get on Cod despite me actually having it installed still
COD needs to go completely free to play now, just call it Call of Duty, and support it forever, bring EVERY SINGLE THING that ALL COD’s had into one big game, all modes, all guns, all COD characters, and ALL maps into one game, and campaign could be combined with all COD characters and try something new, I hope Microsoft does this

Cold War’s actually not a bad game. It’s only the gunplay that’s not up to standards. Everything else about it seems perfect. The campaign, ttk and og maps in multiplayer, and the zombies. Man especially zombies was awesome in Cold War. The quality of Vanguard and MW3 zombies can’t be compared to Cold War zombies.

The reason Fortnite players are more happy is probably because there's heaps of sweats in cod warzone and it's hard to progress for new players, so they switch to Fortnite which is much easier than cod warzone. Plus you have to pay for the full cod bundle for all the game modes, while Frotnite is free.

Weird. I played COD and COD:UO and we had modded sprinting in for years and into COD II as well. I didn't even realize it wasn't standard. We modded heavy breathing and slow movement after longer sprints as well.
I think a collab between fortnite and Cod would be good but Cod players would start crying like children that their game is ruined 😂

I’ve never slide cancelled and couldn’t care less if it’s removed. Enhanced movement changes ruined the tactical pacing of the game since the days of BO2 imo, and are currently causing havoc for the SMG category in MW3

You sweat a couple games and you go down and get easier game to lift the sprits.. like you might play a crown match and get a win, but you can bet your bottom dollar you are next game going to get a challenge. its casual friendly so you can manage your play style and not hate every match, plus epic actually responds if you email them, even if you mail the wrong place they will forward and get your someone to reply based on your issue.. its really refreshing.

This is a bit of a surface level observation but I’d say much of i goes back to how one approaches each game. When I first started playing Fortnite, I viewed each match sort of like a progression. I never worried about if I was going to win or how many kills I’d get and if I had any expectation, I went in with the mindset that I would lose but I had goals I wanted to meet, so it made me less concerned about winning and more concerned about achieving goals. In Call of Duty, it’s much harder to do that since there is such a heavy emphasis in the culture on winning and K/D ratio. When I focus on things like unlocking weapon skins or whatever, I tend to enjoy the game more since I’m focused on goals with the game.
If my mindset is geared more towards getting kills and winning matches, both games tend to be the same level of enjoyable and I react the same to. It’s like that across the board for me.
COD did listen to us, but selling the next game was more important so they put everything we needed into the next COD.
Which is another reason why Fortnite is better. They multitask on literally every single thing because Fortnite has so many things you could do now and somehow Fortnite keeps up and updates with everything while listening to fans. Never will forget my cod days 😢 but Fortnite is the new heat out rn 🔥
