      Just do static stretching after your workout and get 7-9 hours of sleep daily and hit your protein Goal daily

      If u r not a beginner the soreness will go away after 24-48 hrs and proper sleep. Sometimes its even goes away in 12 hours too

    Bhai ghar pe ache se khana nahi kha pa rahe is liye toh patle hai even after workout. Jab enough calories nahi mil raha toh Mass gainers kyu nahi chahiye ?? Plus simple sa rule hai fat chahiye toh Mass gainer lo muscles chahiye toh Whey protein lo.

      @@niku425 dekho bhai subka Metabolism dusra hota hai. Koi log khake bhi mote nahi hote koi log Bina khaye bhi mote hote hai. Abb Jo log khake bare nahi hote unke liye calories khana bohot hard hota hai so hum usko drink ke form me pite hai. Or weight tabhi loss hoga jab daily calory intake Kam ho jaye. Agar dhire dhire calory intake barane lago toh weight loss nahi hota apne gym trainer se puch lena usko pata hai.

      Make mass gainer at home. Take 50g oats ,200ml milk ,1-2 banana ,1-2 tb peanut butter ,and add one scoop whey protein mass gainer ready

      It depends bro, in summer no one wants to eat more so mass gainer is a good option and it's cheap also.
      And in winters you can eat more and that time you don't need mass gainer.
