We identified two issues when the driver software is overwritten:
1.No sound comes out.
2.The unit is not recognized by Mac.

Hello! What is the ideal configuration to use the Track separation function on the MacBook? Can I use MacBook Air M1 with 8GB or 16GB RAM?
I uninstalled and then tried re-installing it and no allow question came back up.
I have no option to uninstall...I have been trying to upgrade the controller firmware all afternoon and rekordbox is not recognising...nor can I find anywhere to uninstall anything...I'm pulling my hair out here :( it worked fine for almost 2 years now not recognising

Hey I have the same problem but I downloaded the driver for a DDJ-RR and my Macbook still doesn’t recognize the controller and I can’t find it in my audio settings on rekordbox

Hopefully someone can help me out. Recently my ddj-1000 which I’m using with rekordbox on MAC with the BIG SUR Version 11.6 My sound keeps cutting out completely every 30mins and it won’t come back until I exit out of rekordbox and then it works again for 30mins. Someone please help, this never happened before and I stream every week and it’s embarrassing that it keeps stopping 😭
Have you downloaded the latest driver? You'll need to uninstall then reinstall again and don't forget to restart. If that doesn't help submit a support ticket to rekordbox.com and the local team will help you

Nope updated the whole thing , still don't hear any audio
This was filmed on an older OS a few years back. Have you uninstalled>restarted>installed>restarted??
Otherwise Shoot a support ticket thru rekordbox.com and send over any relevant screenshots along with your mac details
@@therealblackmoose I hooked it up and updated it late night so I was gonna call them first thing, if that don't work I'll do that. Thanx for that. 😄
