DDJ 1000SRT "No Audio Driver" Error FIX 2022

- Just received my new MacBook Pro, getting it ready for my DDJ 1000SRT, installed the drivers and received an error when I went to test it out. The controller worked, but the display read "No Audio Driver". Seemed like many others received this error too, but there was no fix I could find online anywhere! So after finding out what was wrong with mine I figured I would share what I did to fix and hopefully this helps you too!
Specs:
OS: Monterey
14-inch, 2021
Chip: Apple M1 Pro
Memory: 16 GB - Hudba

Thank you so much. I had trouble with this for 2 days until I found your video. All I needed to do was restart the computer after the installation. That's a very important part that they left out in the website and manual.

Legend, worked for me. It was the reboot after installing it that I wasn't doing.
Works temporarily. Everytime I dj at this restaurant, it always says no audio driver even after having installed it and restarting computer. It worked when I first did this, but that’s it. Idk why it won’t automatically pop up
Found a very simple way to fix that, just uninstall the ddj1000srt driver's then Open your serato dj software connect the dj machine the software will tell you that you don't have driver's for that controller then just click on the download driver option and it downloads everything for you thank me later 😊😊

I see you MASTER vu is missing, any idea why? When i plug any other controller the Master vu is there, with the 1000 its not.

I have a 2017 MacBook Pro I installed Ventura I updated my drivers on my 1000 SRT and now I’m getting massive lag on the display and when I’m running dj serato pro I only use my laptop for DJing, so I’m not running no other programs. There’s nothing in it but serato

It has happened to me about a half dozen or more times, and each time, I just re-installed the driver. Each time that I do so, I have to restart my computer as well. The frustrating thing is.. it keeps reoccurring. The instructions are on point, but I don't know why I still experience the problem again and again.??

Good, I hope you feel well, I have a small problem, when I connect my controller to speakers the audio does not come out through the master and I have to use the gain to be able to upload the audio. The master's degree does nothing when I upload it or when I lower it. What do you think that is?

If you're still not having any luck, try bypassing any USB hubs. I uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers 5+ times, but it wasn't until I plugged my DDJ1000 directly into my macbook that it started working again 🙏

Not sure if you can help me. Thanks for the tip, I have followed the instruction and it work. but I have couple of issue. Every time I reconnect the 1000SRT to my laptop (2015 Macbook Pro), I run through the same issue again and I have to go thru these steps again to reinstall the audio driver. The other issue is that I lose audio in the middle of the set. It's happened a couple of time consecutively.
Did you ever find a solve to this? I keep having to redo this entire process every time I disconnect my computer from my DDJ.
@@edmonarsiaga7287 I realized its because I used to never SHUT DOWN SERATO before unplugging my controller. Shut down serato completely then unplug the controller from your computer. I hope this helps

Has anyone els deal with this almost every time they get in the mixer it seems?
Anyone know why when recording on this mixer, on playback theres no sound? I haven't been able to record any mixes as yet cos its just being a bitch. No explained reason why it doesn't playback. Help please!

Well it depends on what operating system your on, but if it’s Mac OS High Sierra 10.13 or later you may need to accept the security user approval.

If that’s not the issue then it could be hardware related and I would suggest reaching out to pioneer support

Hmmm ... I'm still on Catalina. I don't see a driver for that. And the 'No Audio Driver' just popped up. And I'm at a wedding 😕
I got the same problem. I downloaded everything correctly as everyone says but there’s no audio driver appearing. I’m using Catalina as well. I don’t know how to solve it but if you find how to solve it tell me please.
Update: I downloaded the Audio Driver v4.0.1 from the Pioneer site (it's for Monterrey AND Catalina). I ran the uninstall, restarted, ran the install, and restarted again. That resolved everything for me and I was back on track.
I hate this about pioneer.
