Please test it reading comics. I saw many reviews on these new color e-ink devices (Kobo, InkPad, etc) and they show almost nothing on this topic, and frankly I don't get it 'cause I think that is the main feature to look at in depth. I'll be waiting for your review video. Thanks for all man!

@@96Sepu It can read them but you need to be in a very well lit room or even outside, otherwise you have to use it at like 70% brightness in order to see things well because of how color eink works

Same! I feel like I need one too, because i want to buy a new kobo, but would like to understand if i should spend the extra money for the libra in colour or just get the normal one.
I"m so pumped for this release. For the main reviews will you be comparing the black levels of the Libra Color with the Libra 2? While color is exciting; the majority of the time I will be reading in black and white text and I'm a little worried that the color screen will wash out the black and make it not as crisp.
Looking forward to the in depth review. Curious about the comic reading experience, battery life, and importing.
Hello! Can you check if the case for clara 2e fits the clara color?
Could you compare the screen quality of the colour vs the regular b/w screen? Am concerned that the contrast of black text on the white screen might not be as good on the colour screen. Thanks!
You can already see the difference in contrast at the boot screen, before the reviewer turns on the backlight. The contrast is clearly much worse than on b/w ereaders, it's a grey background instead of a white one, because of the extra colour layer. So when reading ebooks, you'll get dark grey text on a light grey background instead of black text on a white background.
Looks great even just to get a colour cover when reading ebooks. Cant wait to get one.
Great video, thanks. Does the Kobo Libra Colour allow a USB connection to a computer so you can load PDFs and EPUBs manually? I have this facility on my Kobo Libra H2O, so I'm hoping to connect the KLC via the Calibre library app and transfer my entire library to my new device, when it comes.

Hi! Can you please do a vs libra color vs kobo sage please? I'm not sure about change my Kobo Sage , but I really want the color 😢
The major problem I have seen with all color eink devices so far is how dark they are unless you turn on the backlight. How are these Kobo if you turn off the backlight? I suppose it is a problem with the current generation of screens though and cannot be solved by the device manufacturer.
You can see the much more grey background (instead of a white one with the regular Kobo's) in the boot screen, before the backlight is turned on

I saw a video earlier warning about the brightness of coloured ebooks and that they're essentially dimmer than eInk b&w versions, is this true for the kobo colours?. Would appreciate to add this question to your review!

I got really happy to see that you also got hands on the Stylus! I have so many questions about it!! Is the magnitism strong to the Libra? Does it easily slip off being on the go so much? Is there a built in place for it in the Sleeping Cover? With the cover, is the Stylus secured on the inside or outside? Could you go into the annotation experience of it when reading a book with your own scribbles and the highlighting experience? Do the annotations change/get lost drastically if you change the font or spacings of the book? What about the note taking experience? This is the first time we get to see the scribing feature in a smaller device like the 7 inch, so exciting! Super pumped for this new edition and your review :)) Subbing with notifications😁

Oh another small request! Do you think you could cover the comfortability aspect of holding the Libra. It has nothing to do with it being a Coloured Edition but I haven't seen someone properly delve into how comfortable is it to actually read on.. Im afraid it would be too wide.. Would adding other accessories such as popsockets or other features make the reading experience better? Thanks!

Based on my experience personally I find it to be a little too big compared to the 6 inch. It’s not as one handed as a 6 inch. At least not as comfortably. The 6 inch is light and compact and easier to hold in any position. Probably depends how big your hands are though too. The buttons are ok but in order to comfortably click them you need to be using 2 hands on device otherwise you are playing hand gymnastics or it’s just awkward. Also, as far as reading I also find it to be easier to read on a smaller screen, easier for the eyes to take all the words on then on a wider screen, but the wider screen is more akin to the size of a book though, so just varying pros and cons. I honestly think it’s such a preference. Depends on person. Because while I prefer the smaller 6 inch, some people do prefer the libra.

According to the website the Clara does. The Libra does.
Is it possibile to add books wireless? Bluetooth/wifi/ cloud like Kindle?
Great! However, I would like to see the analysis of the Kobo Clara BW that will now be launched as well. I don't see a big difference for the Kobo Clara 2 E, even the new version (Clara BW) is slightly cheaper. Thanks.

Good-looking devices but I feel there is little point in having colour on these when there are things like the iPad mini which would give a richer and crisper screen experience. E-readers are better when they focus on the black/white/grey reading experience.
Not a fan of note taking for ebook readers, just get a tablet or a tablet laptop combo. Small storage regardless, and washed out colours. Waiting for reviews, would have liked to at least see support for micro sd storage.
