Hello Aivars, I'm Amir a Flutter Developer with a keen interest in learning iOS Development. Unfortunately, I don't currently own a Mac computer. I'm wondering if it makes sense to start learning Swift now, so that I can begin working on iOS projects as soon as I'm able to purchase a Mac. What would you recommend?

Swift itself is not hard to learn, SwiftUI or UIKit for user interface will take time and you will need mac for that.
btw, I used hackintosh to learn iOS development

Would you recommend Instagram first or would you prioritise something like Twitter/Medium/TikTok instead (if you had to choose only 1 other than CZcams)?

It is way easier to create written content, that is just less time consuming. So I would suggest writing first and then start to record videos on topics which resonate with you and your audience.
Step 2 - Do vertical videos for IG, TikTok and YT, you can repost the same content on all the platforms.
Add some photos to IG as well, but that is optional.

I've started posting normal horizontal videos but vertical videos are so foreign to me - recording code in a vertical screen is so strange 😂 but I guess it comes with time and practice like all things!
