President Cyril Ramaphosa to give keynote speech. South Africa was a British colony that attained freedom after Nelson Mandela's freedom movement gained momentum in the country. The country commemorates this day--April 27, every year, as their "Freedom Day" to celebrate independence from white supremacy and slavery that lastes centuries.
