I remember years ago (over 10 years now) I got a new computer, resonable at the time, and the first thing I did was load Oblivion and turn all the setting up to max and walk out of the dungeons to look at those mountins and went wow. Previous to that I had a computer (old potatoe) which could just bearly run it on 800 by 600 at minimum specs. So yes I fully get 100% loading an old game on a new computer. and Yay more empire at war :)

excited for the series! just a little tip for ya dave, you noticed that aayla secura is a stealth unit, but she also has the spy trait, essentially making her a free and reusable probe droid, just send her into orbit of any enemy planet and you get the same effect as the probe droid, i think delta squad also has the same trait but im not 100% on that

I am so stoked to see this series return at last! There's still some choppy bits where it seems to freeze for a few seconds that seems to be part of the recording, as you're still able to perform actions while this happens
I rewatched Revenge of the Sith yesterday and now this returns, it's a star wars week apparently

Very glad this series is back! Video had a lot of freezes though which made it kinda hard to watch imo. Don't know if its the game itself, the recording, or the rendering but might be something to look into.

I am a little saddened that Rygel or Rygil, however you spell it, sounds like more of a new republic lad. From what I recall he sounded like an imperial loyalist when last we left him
The plan was to play all three eras, so being on the winning side would require that he join the Rebellion after the rise of the Empire.

As someone who has seen Tatooine in across the canonical timeline, Tatooine had lost its all of its independence loooooong ago. (Although, if that has changed somehow in the past few years of new canon, I apologize in advance. With the exception of The Mandalorian and The Bad Batch, I haven’t been keeping up with the new Star Wars content lately. (life has kept me busy and also the Disney+ app is both glitchy and a power hog.))

Why does this menu (galactic conquest) looks totally different as mine? I use the 1.2 version of the mod and have steam Startwars Empire at War Gold...

i think pellaeon is considered a minor character, not a hero. i have no clue about windu though.
First thing I ran on my 3080 was Sword of Aragon.... so yeah i get the whole install ye olden game first

I find the swtor setting to be a more interesting setting then the clone wars setting. A mod for that setting would be in my wheelhouse.
Revans Revenge, its coming as im aware
@@tuskinradar8688 they should ditch the name otherwise okay, intrigued. Where as in swtor there is an easy timeline to follow where events happen and main characters are defined on both sides.
@@magnos_decimus fits well w Thrawns Revenge, and I like the ring personally, but thats a taste thing, atm Corey's team is working on Revans Revenge, Fall of the Republic, Imperial Reign, and Thrawns Revenge to cover Old Republic, Clone Wars, GCW and Post Endor in the Legends Timeline respectively, w Imperial Reign featuring more Canon ships and heroes I believe, but as for RR, I imagine it'll take some time for them to get to proper SWTOR content, they seem to be beginning with more Kotor, at least for now, but its still nascent, so it'll be a year or two before it gets off the ground properly.
@@tuskinradar8688 I see. Though I can't say there is that much to work with in Kotor since most of those two games kept the big battles distant and not really focused on

@SorcererDave the stori at the begining reminds me of a story of a soviet nuklear submarin tgat had problems with its reactor and some brave men got i ther withaut the right protectin gier and fihed it there is iven a film abaut it its K-119 i think
