What I get from watching Andrew is a sense that I CAN do the projects I am thinking about doing but I'm procrastinating because I'm not sure I can. He has a "what's the worst that can happen" sort of attitude, and 99/100 it works. This is what inspiration is, being shown that on your own, with a bit of imagination, we can make pretty much anything happen.
First I thought: "WTF CZcams recommendation!?". But now I'm in love with your work. Great taste Sir DIY and the filming is top of the game. Not talking too much and inspiring music. Fantastic!

Cody doesn't seem to wander like prime time Levi did. In a lot of Andrew's older videos, you'd see Levi, waaaaaaaaayyyyy off in the distance, patrolling around and investigating stuff. Levi has the smarts to not get in the way of the heavy equipment. Cody the pup will need years to gain the experience that Levi has built up.

One thing amongst a host of others is the way you fast forward when you are doing the repetitive stuff so we don't have to sit through a blow by blow account of the job in hand. Thanks for so much video it must add a lot of time setting up the cameras.

Great advertisement on the cement mixer! A suggestion on rolling up the tarps- to keep them from gathering debris during the season, roll them up to the INside, (the reverse of what you did), and the leaves wont catch in the roll. We have bamboo shades we do the same way. Had them in use for 15 years! Love the upgrades! You know,watching you improve your home like this reminds me of male birds- the pick several places(or sometimes just one) fixes it up, and bring the female bird to inspect it. If she likes it, they nest! (Just get married first, ok? ) lol
I would make a roof between the shed and the hot tub so you have a place to sit and bbq when it's raining. What a nice place you got there! I'm jealous in a positive way.
Oh, I looooooove your bed in the tower! If I had that, I'd crawl into it every night, when weather allowed, and watch the moon sail across the sky. You're awesome, Andrew.
Your dog is constantly with you. He follows you everywhere, you'll never lose him that's for sure. He certainly is very loyal to you, but then again you love your dogs and they love you back. I think he always wants to be involved in whatever it is you're doing. Cody is a great dog just like Ely is.
Start capacitor is not going to overcome a locked up shaft seal or other mechanical drag in the pump. Could also be hard water deposits on the impeller, or just sludge in there too.
I just had my spa pump that was making the same noise on startup replaced (under warranty) and that's what the tech said. "I think it's just a capacitor, but since it's under warranty, we will just replace the pump"

Hey Andrew, instead of trenching a new line to the lamp, how about just putting in a small solar panel, batteries, and a simple controller to the lamp? Plus you could change the bulb out to an LED bulb, and you wouldn't even need that big of a battery.

Anyway could you do a vid on the construction of your outbuilding next to the castle, the one with the lift. Very interested in copying it, and as far as I can remember you’ve never done one on it. Happily started from his first ones and slowly getting through them, but as yet not seen anything, but I’ll persevere 😂 especially now I know there will be something. Already have two new 20ft high cube containers, paused vids to get some details of the roof where I can but thought the great man may like to do a vid in case he ever gets quiet🤣🤣.
That Simple pipe water heater hidden above the fire is a great idea! And the fire visible in the hot tub is so relaxing to look at too. Those darn hot tub water pumps! The bearing design sucks . The water eats into the bearing as the seal goes, and then the impeller pump shaft dies, and finally the whole pump is toasted. Two new seals and bearings on either side of the shaft and you are good for another 3-5 years
Love watching you work. Your projects are so cool! It’s nice to have all the tools too to get it done! The Hot Tub looks great!! I’m watching from Oregon. Just goes to show, Hard Work Pays off!
