    Having worked as an inspector, the go to is "sorry no English" or they change the name of the restaurant and close for "renovation" after getting busted, while not changing/training staff. How you always bust them is vegetable prep, walk in fridge, floor and around the frier. And always see where they hang out to smoke at the back door.and how many times they go for a break.

    I wonder C grade are they qualify to open, if they qualify to open under the inspectors concerns then it good enough, if they not good enough under the inspectors then why not closed them all down, instead using media to attacked small business, i think this Chanel are racism.
