Mr Curry I used to work delivery and food prep at a Chinese place they took food and heath seriously but then again the owners weren’t super cheap about shit. Can’t speak for all Chinese owners in the US but the cheap ones usually run shitty restaurants.
The restaurant at this location keep changing the name, but seem always have problems. About 7 years ago an ex-employee warned me not eat there. (She saw me eat there when she still worked there. That time the name was New China buffet.) She said they recycle the leftout food. I recall the employee always take the plate back one by one, never stack the plate. The girl working at the reception counter eat outside during lunch break.
Take out chinese restaurants are no better either. The horror stories the delivery people share with us in the office. You are well better of cooking at home.

On top of that, also if possible, wear a hidden camera and peak into the kitchen while heading to the washroom. If from the little bit of areas they saw had a huge amount of issues, immediately shut the place down and orders them to shut the place down and clean everything like they were suppose to. Not to mention threatens the management with possible jail time if it ever happens again. Like enough is enough, either clean up the mess and decrease the chance of someone possibly getting ill here from dirty shit or be faced with jail time for attempt to poison people.

I got sick from eating at the Krazy Buffet next to EOS on Sahara. Don't ever go there. Had to go to the Emergency room and stay overnight then pay a huge amt of $ to my insurance co.

If you see Asian places, the public places as well as the public restrooms are way cleaner than in America. Now this place is called Kirin Buffet, on Flamingo and Tamarus. For $7.99 all day what do you expect. The restrooms are filthy, if that's how they clean them for the public, imagine how the kitchen is where we can't see. The food is ok, just every bite makes you wonder the cleanliness of this establishment.

This is one reason I stopped going to or ordering from Chinese spots at least ten years ago! You can easily make your own, for less and fresher, if not better.

This place was my teenagehood. I'd go every other week to fill up on general tsos, chocolate pudding and egg soup. Never got sick, luckily. And I believe it was still China Star back then...
I just don’t understand some people. If I had a restaurant that had issues like that I would close the place down for a few days, bring in my entire family, plus hired pros, remove every single appliance, throw all bad food out and just start from scratch and make everything perfect. It’s your mfing reputation on the line. How would someone just not care? If they don’t care you’re in the wrong line of work.
Reopened after they cleaned up? So what now it’ll be months before they get closed down again. Clean once, then reopen with A grade? There should be a follow up within weeks to make sure it’s still clean.

OMG, I remembered I used an Asian tour company in Los Angeles to go to Las Vegas with many stops in between and we ate at a Chinese restaurant in Las Vegas. I had serious diarrhea back at the hotel. I don’t remember the name of the restaurant since it was very late a night and I was tired and just wanted to eat and go back to the hotel to rest. I do remember that it was located in a strip mall.very likely it was this one since they have an agreement with a tour company as well.When I heard rat dropping in the food I feel disgusted right now.

99% of Chinese restaurant kitchens are dirty and gross. My friend used to work in many different Chinese restaurants kitchens and we never want to eat there anymore. A very good example, just use the toilet and you can tell what the kitchen looks like. Take good care of yourself and stay safe on covid-19.
