Just watching the BM tier discussion now hummus; I know this is a specific critique, but at least when I played, BM didn’t struggle at all against War Wagons because centigors uniquely can hit wagons in melee
Yeah the Great Weapon Centigors smack War wagons. I would think they would be A tier now with Tzangors, but I have to experience it for myself.
Nurgle is weird. It's practically auto-win vs Khorne, Vampire Counts, and Slaanesh, and has some decent match ups vs Norsca, Greenskins, and WoC, but it's so bad vs some of the top tier factions, like Tzeentch and Cathay, and so vulnerable to kite that it's still just bad.
It has some of the most polarized match ups of any faction in the game.
NG was fine into TZ and GC last patch I imagine it has changed a bit. I think they are more like a B-, but they are admittedly weird to play as, but I’ll happily continue buffing their win rate in Vermin League.
That's the nature of one dimensional armies. They live by the counterpicks.

Vampire coast is D, because of enemy ranged, armoured cav, anything fast really, armoured troops, and enemy arty simply outcompeting it hard. You can only win with coast if you're picking which race to go against very carefully, e.g. avoid certain races that have a preponderance of the above, and just plain avoid dwarves and wood elves. Typically you have to be a much better player to overall win with Coast. I main Vampire Coast, and have played mainly Land battles with them, but and am thinking of switching to Domination to avoid silly race avoidance issues with them, I think VC are actually good/strong in Domination, but will find out.

demonic instability is a difficult thing to balance. Its much better in domination mode, and you don't want it to be as bullshit as the undead degradation, but as it is its fucking impossible to manage
Could you explain why Dark Elves are so high a little more? They are mostly a kite faction and that playstyle has been nerfed no? Don't get me wrong they're one of my favorites, but I don't play competitively
Out of the top 10 lords in the entire game, they have 3. So good lord selection, then their infantry isnt bad, their cav isnt bad, their skirmish elements are some of the highest damage and armor piercing right now.
So their high standing comes more from a lack of weakness than it does a real "strength". Their lords are amazing, everything else pulls its weight
Personally, one thing that always stumps me is having stealthed range that can hold their own in melee combat. Also, idk how many factions have decent range, arc-fire, armor piercing missiles

Tormentor sword is not strong! I mean 8 seconds? That's nothing.
I have won against Kaiju's WoC any time he plays them into me, and he is a better player. The chaos spawn argument is not that great, at least in my opinion, because jezzails, and flensing ruin exists. I firmly believe they should be B tier at worst.
Move NG, TK and BM up and VC down and you got yourself the list 😉

He's saying that because he's a Skaven main, and since he's a Skaven main he's also Skaven. Skaven cannot be trusted because they lie all the time.
