Very stiff focus ring In Canon Lens 1:1.8 85mm LTM

The focus ring was very stiff in this old Canon Lens 1:1.8 85mm LTM, but it's not that hard to fix.
REMEMBER! To set small marks BEFORE unscrewing the helicoid, and set a mark WHEN the helicoid comes off the thread.
I use Odourless Petroleum to cleaning the helicoids, and I use "LIQUI MOLY" LM47 with MoS2 ( Molydenumdisulfide ) to grease the helicoids, it gives a "buttery" focus ring.

Thank you VERY much! Among my LTM lenses I have a 50mm 1.4 with a ridiculously long focus throw which is nice for nailing critical focus but it is stiffer than any other lens I own......time to rectify that situation! I may be old but I hope I never stop learning! 👍
