The swings can be performed; with 1 or 2 bells, with a walk movement, moving forwards, backwards and laterally, inside the legs, outside the legs, a ski swing, pivots, alternate 2 bell swings and squat swings.

    Never saw a staggered stance single side swing. Great for stability and loading single hip for more challenge. Also a curtsy swing. Going from reverse kneeling rotation into a cross body front swing.

    At about 3:06 very dangerous move don't try this at home! Otherwise it's a great video.

    Nice variety. It just bothers me that the guy demonstrating starts to bend over before his arms connect with his torso on the down swing. Great way to strain the lumbar region...

    Broken knee caps
