As a personal trainer myself and someone who has learned KB Swing in depth, the content this guy is putting out is top notch! You would normally have to pay a lot for this kind of content but you are getting it for free. So you have to appreciate it guys.
Just paying it forward
One of the best kettlebell swing tutorials on CZcams. Thanks 💪
Zack's videos really are a notch above. Clear, calm coaching. Thoughtful progressions. Good mix of verbal and tactile cues. Useful drills. Non-abrasive persona. Well done! My go to videos to share with new coaches on KB work.
Now this is a review I can hang my hat on. Thank you sir!
just discovered your channel. thank you for the in-depth tutorial. this is the first kb swing video that breaks it down movement by movement and at a slow pace to really see how to do it properly. 👍👍
Hey man, I don’t know if you’ll see this or not. But I just wanted to say it. Keep up the great work! There isn’t really that much Functional Training related content on the CZcams and with the quality of content you are putting out both in terms of the production quality and just the overall knowledge, you will be a big channel in no time!
I appreciate your kind words! Thanks for watching
I don't hip hinge at all, more of pendulum and I'm breathing opposite to this too. Oops... I've been doing it incorrectly for 18 years or so and I'm now 58! Never to late to learn. Many thanks.
Excellent tuition Zach 👍👍🇬🇧🇬🇧
Love you brother I got myself 3 kettle bells according to the video you have on choosing sizes thank you so much for this!
These guides all have so much great info!
Thanks for your help Tracy! ;)

That’s always the goal! Thanks for watching
Best Kettlebell instructional videos on CZcams by far, the whole channel is GOLD the guy is a pro! Even videos of powerlifting on the channel are probably ammong the best on CZcams!
Thank you so much Pedro ;)
@@ZackHenderson speaking from experience after all! Thanks Zack!
Amazing 👌
Top notch content! Truly the ultimate guide to KB swing!
Much appreciated Shantanu!
@@ZackHenderson Wish I'd discovered your channel (& this video) much before...Would've saved me a lot of grief back then...😂
Keep up the good work! And thanks for the on-point content!
I see some people with straight arms at the top of the movement just like your plank demonstration. But I have seen other tutorials where the arms are relaxed. Are both correct or should elbows be locked out at the top? Thank you in advance!
This truly is the ''Ultimate Guide': to Kettlebell Swing!
Yeehaw! I try my best
Quick follow up on my comment: if I start to use this method of hip hinging and breathing for swing and snatch will be performance improve further? As a guideline, I'm hitting 200+ reps in single swing for 6 mins (I hand change only) with a 24kg and in 20kg snatch I'm hitting around 210 reps in 10 minutes also with 1 hand change (24kg around 170 to 190 reps). PS: I don't compete.
Eventually, yes. At first, it will feel much harder
I love to see how NOT to do something it’s very helpful.
