I've always been able to keep my knees straight and bend till the palm of my hands are flat on the ground. And for years assumed that everyone could do it too.

How do I work out what weight cattle bell I need to use? I weigh 76 kgs and I'm a beginner. I used to weigh 92 kgs but due to mental health issues I've lost around 16 kgs but not through diet or exercise and I've lost all muscle tone and strength. I'd like to try your exercises. Thanks in advance.

Isn’t this more of a swing-clean hybrid? Most instructions I’ve seen for a clean have the kettlebell dropping straight down to mid-feet without a swing.

Thank you so much for your videos. I am 50 years old and was very athletic until i had a compound tibia fracture. The brake was a little below the middle of the tibia. It was a break allthe way through and i thought i would not be able to ever jog. Its been 11 months and i am up to a two block jog. I hope to be able to run again like you. I dont know if it will be possible but your videos give me hope.
