- Landmine Press - Make sure to keep the abs engaged, knees slightly bent, and press the bar away from the body.
Landmine Squat Press - Perform a squatting motion and press the bar up and away from the body.
Landmine Lunge - Start with the bar close to the shoulder, perform a lunge, and return to the starting position. Make sure to keep the abs engaged and the back tall.
Landmine Lunge Press - Similar to a squat press. Perform a reverse lunge pattern and simultaneously press the bar up and away from the body.
