Great technique. Didn't know the name but started doing Landmine shoulder presses and in 3 weeks saw results that friends see
Tire on rim is a good base. May have to adapt with some Depot hardware but it wouldn't be much.

As for landmine exercises is the point to gain functional strength and a bit of cardio, ie lower weight higher reps? How many reps do you tend to do and curious if you do these at end of heavy normal exercises? For shoulders if you can say use a dumbell 60lbs 7-8 reps do you put the same weight on? I know barbell is 45 but probably not feeling more than 10-20lbs of it so would you add a 25lb and 10lb to get approx same weight?
I've seen these at gym and never used them but getting garage gym setup now got Rogue barbell and plates, Rep bench and probably Rep rack and decided not to get Lever Arms but will get cables instead but possibly landmine might be better and FAR cheaper $$$.

Instead of using a towel, I cut a cross into an old tennis ball and put that over the sleeve. Works a treat !

do we really need 20 different shoulder presses. like the landmine and like the video but so many of these are just x +another shoulder press
I put old socks on the end instead of a towel. You can use an oven mitt too

Such a good video yet not much views. I think simply because most people cannot replicate these moves in real life.
