Lovely programme, great acting and super wit - but the idea that someone as overweight as Dawn was shown to be in that clip should eat a tub of ice cream is not good advice as regards health. We don't allow smoking to be promoted on TV but we appear to allow drinking and eating unhealthy foods to be promoted seemingly without any constraints. Yet obesity costs more lives and more NHS resources than smoking, nowadays.
But at least an unhealthy diet only affects the health of those consuming it and not anyone round them!

Firstly, the obese can take up NHS resources and medical time, thereby preventing people whose illness or disease is NOT through over-eating from getting the care they need, or as quickly or efficiently as they need it. Secondly, grossly fat people are not good role models for children, who, if they see that obese is NOT normal, may be encouraged to be healthier.
